I wish Rockstar left GTA 5 alone after 2019-20 and focused on RDR2 instead. After looking at what this game has turned into I can't feel anything but sadness, it was an okay game at best that was good on release, but extremely outdated by current standards. It feels like R* looks at GTA 5, look at what it is and act like nothing is wrong. Act like the map wasn't a huge miss that should've had more LS, more wilderness and a smaller mountain, they act like the current state of GTA:O is good, even though a LOT of features are broken, some races are broken (even the official ones) missions are broken, casino roulette is broken and they don't want to fix any of those problems. The story mode was a fucking miss too. GTA 4 and RDR 2 left me speechless and fascinated by how GOOD the story was, GTA 5 was...mid? I'm not hyped for GTA 6. I'll play it once, when it's going to be on a discount or free and probably play the online once just for that late night drive around the Leonida with the boys. I'm genuinely curious who is hyped for GTA 6: Online, I'm definitely not, but I can't wait for their trailer that would go something like: "DO YOU LIKE FOMO? (Fear Of Missing Out) DO YOU LIKE TREATING GAMES LIKE A JOB? DO YOU WANT TO MAKE US, Rockstar Games A GAZZILION DOLLARS A YEAR FOR ANOTHER DECADE? THEN LOOK NO FURTHER THAN GTA 6 ONLINE!!!!" "Features? BROKEN! New Content? EVERY 6-ish MONTHS! (90% OF IT IS THE SAME FETCH QUEST!) Story? WHAT STORY? Consistency? WHAT CONSISTENCY? Characters? Needles has a good defense for intentional manslaughter. He can claim it was unintentional, which is a misdemeanor. Only punishable by 6 months, and one could argue he didn't intend to kill them (typically intentional implies a passion or intending to attack someone but not kill them). So now he may get out in like 1,000 years minus life sentences. This why you hire an attorney folks.

I would posit Quatro's ending as a count of Resisting Arrest since even if Quatro isn't an officer, he clearly HAS the support of the police due to the sounds of sirens when his backup arrives. As for the level, this is presumably on a felony level considering I can't see Sweet Tooth going quietly even if he is outnumbered, so that's an extra five to ten years at the very least. I would argue additional sentences for assaulting an officer but we don't actually SEE him doing it. A drop in the bucket for him, I know, but if we're being comprehensive I figure it's worth mentioning.
