Great video. Nice idea having a staycation. Also liked your goals for this month with walking, healthy meals & even how you plan to eat at social gatherings. Trying to up my walking this month too, by leaving the car home more often when going places.

I go to the airport lounge and grab protein and fruit. I also pack Greek yogurt, boiled eggs - they travel well. Remember if you’re traveling overseas, you can’t bring fresh fruit in.

Hi Angie! 👋- I don’t snack, even before I was on my WLJ, I was never much of a snacker. 😕. I suppose, I did like potato chips a lot, but usually with a sandwich. (I’m keto now so both potato chips and bread/sandwiches are no longer part of my life 😅. I do occasionally have some sort of keto ‘bread’) I fast a lot, so ‘missing meals’ is no longer a problem. I do keep jerky sticks in my bag for true emergency food; like being trapped in an elevator or otherwise stranded somewhere. (…I’m just a wee bit paranoid 😅) You eat so healthfully👍 You always give me great meal ideas. How’s your sleep challenge going? (…I seem to be developing worse and worse sleep habits 😢). Thanks for bringing us along on your travel vlog. I’m @ProgressInTransformation ❤❤❤

Hi Angie! 👋- You always have such great meal ideas. You’ve got me curious about hemp seas. I drink the juice of 1 whole lemon with ACV & minced ginger plus potassium and iodized sea salt in 32oz of water daily. I fast MWF but drink this electrolyte cocktail. ❤❤❤
