Happy Sunday lady Angie ! I'm getting hungry from your yummy meals ! just completed 45 minutes on my walking pad at 2.2 speed for about 5400 steps and its not even 9am yet in Cali yaaaay ! Protein Smoothie for me in about an hour for breakfast, enjoy your day !

Id like to see more of the exercise videos. Im following you just so i can exercise along with you.😅 im Ketovore vs you being more plant based but i still do alot of what you are doing. I have alit to lose so i decided to just settle in and move my body and eat healthy

Hi 👋🏾 and welcome! Thanks for the follow. I made the tempeh by using a half block and crumbling it up on a sheet pan. I had a tsp or tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and spice. I cook it in the oven until golden brown. Once it’s cooked I add 1 tbsp of coconut aminos. So delicious! I add my tempeh on toast sometimes with beans or mushrooms plus a drizzle of evoo.
