Cool setup. Nice to see someone willing to put effort into finding something that works. Yesterday I attempted to play this game again. I got it back in 2021 was too broken back then and buggy i randomly log back in to see how its going each time its noting but issues. The new player tutorial bugged out 3 different attempts in the past year or two. This time after abandoning the broken new player tutorial, I took a mission to pick up X from some station went to station only place that responded to hails for docking would not let me pick up said goods. Abandoned that, assuming the titan ship of mine was too small only had cargo of 8, 8 what i dont know since the game UI didn't say. So I logged ate some food IRL, logged back in to no elevators working to take me to my ship I then fell off the transit bus and that lead me to realize the city and planet at Area18 is fake and I fell into the planet. Nothing but horrific gameplay experience in this game since getting it. Atleast the hid/improved the interaction with objects since 2021 when you needed like 5 inputs to open a dam door. I guess they need more funding to fix it.

I totally get it! 1:03 I’m building my own now and LOVE making the cockpit. The engineering, creating, assembling, and finally playing with something that was in your head is awesome! Thanks for sharing, you are a major inspiration!

all this money, on that cockpit, for an half game from a 14 years old game engine. dont take my comment too seriously im also a backer from star citizen, ive played more than 1000 hours , but, not one time, i feeled like the game worth the almost 1 billion dollar that it has cost, and i feel like scammed after all those years, and 4.0 didnt make me change my mind, this game is a mess, and all of that is comming from two point 1 chris roberst is an idiot!!! 2 taking the lumberyard engine*(cryengine v1 fork) was the stupidest idea ever made!!!

So, your setup IS slightly overkill if the only flight game you play is star citizen (because of the extra screens and panels that you said dont have function with star citizen.) But I love it, its dope. You made most everything from wood. I have a machine shop. Let me know if you want any of your mounting solutions made from 7075 T6 Aluminum. (Not trying to charge you for this, just get with me if interested.)

Idk if its just the camera but the black levels/contrast on that screen is trash. It looks so flat and sad. More contrast!!

Looks nice but still very inferior to VR. This is just a big flat 2D image that is barely curved. With VR you get Glorious 3D in ALL AROUND you .. Up, down, front, back,etc. Not to mention that a 2D screen even if it were bigger than that could not even showcase everythting in REAL LIFE SIZE scale as Virtual Reality Awesomenesssss.

Who plays with their throttle nearly behind them? What a dumb design by next level racing. I was about to purchase this setup but not if the sticks to my right and left can't go any more forward than that. I mean like at least 6-8 inches forward. AT LEAST.
