I have veins that "hide" whenever I'm having blood drawn no matter how much water I drink. One nurse put a hot pack on my arm and those veins popped right up. I've done that ever since and it works every time. Maybe it will be helpful to you too! I hope so! ❤

I have tried the heat packs before. My bigger problem is they think they have a good vein and then it collapses while they are using it. I’m glad you have found something that works for you!

Hi Caitlin. This is Cher again. Using Lester's phone, that's why his name shows up. I'm from CT so I don't know who this Hailey Lewis person is but let me tell you, you come across as a wonderful, wonderful woman whom I enjoy watching. Although I don't comment every time you post I enjoy each and every one of your videos. I just had my niece's wedding on Sunday...and it was her birthday too! However, my dear niece, my God daughter turned 28 on Sunday and also got married. This was something so darn special bc my niece is 3 years sober from a 10 year journey of heroin. It's been hell for her, and of course for all of us as well, but esp for my younger sister who is a twin and Katelyn's mom(🥰)...we NEVER, EVER thought we would see her get to this point...but she has and we are so darn proud of her! Lester and I gifted her all the flowers, the Rolls Royce and the open bar...and she also got a honeymoon from my mom and dad who have passed, but who Katie idolized...so I made sure Mom and dad gave her that honeymoon that she so much deserved. But during all that I had to smile bc I needed a biopsy, which i haven't discussed yet with my family bc I didn't want to spoil the wedding. I was told about the damn biopsy on the Friday before this fantastic wedding. I postponed that biopsy until today. I had it and now I wait. The biopsy was bc I have two lymph nodes on my clavicle area. I'm scared, but bc of you, I know, even though I'm scared, I'm not alone. I have you! I love your happy heart and let me tell you, I cheered for you and put my arms up as "Yahoo" when you had your blood work done without any issues. Thank you Caitlin for helping me thru my biopsies with a smile. It's bc of you, I know that I can get thru whatever the outcome. I was told not to Google supraclavicular lymph nodes...but I did...I'm scared but if you can get through things with a smile, so can I. Thank you Caitlin. Love to you and your family.❤

Cheryl that sounds like an amazing wedding, your love for your neice is so sincere and deep. I am so sorry that you had to secretly carry the stress of the up coming biopsy. I am also praying that you have good results from it, please do let me know either way what happens. I am glad that in some small way I could help you approach such a difficult thing in your life with perhaps a little more peace.

What a lovely experience to be able to tour your Granny's house! You have so many beautiful parks to enjoy on your travels. You, my dear, are an inspiration the way you live your life and give so much to your children with such love. Your Spring has been so nice and you'll be heading into Summer as we, in California USA, head into our winter. I love the changing seasons. Prayers that your treatment goes easy.

Thank you for your kind words. I adore Spring, it is my favourite time of year. This week it is feeling more like Summer than Spring, but the Jacaranda trees are in bloom so that still makes it feel like Spring at least!

I know that anxiety so well. Always glad when it’s done and results are good. The triplets birthday party was fabulous!! I love watching your videos and getting a glimpse of your daily life!! I loved the kookaburras so awesome. I didn’t know they were that big.

I’m sorry you are well acquainted with anxiety. Big hugs. That kookaburra was on the smaller side actually, you can get chunkier fella’s than that guy!! It probably depends on the type of kookie.

Just ate some pizza and now i'm laying on the bed like a slug😂. I'll take a little walk tomorrow, it's almost 9:00pm here in Ny. I'd be proud to be part of your Happy heart community❤. Election day here in the. U.S. and a bit nerve racking😬. Both candidates are a bit looney in my opinion🤪. The park you were walking in is beautiful. I love little cottages! Something fairy taley about them. My home isn't much bigger. You look very well. Hope you are feeling as such. Well, suppose i'll get my lazy butt up and do something before i go to sleep😂. I hope you have been able to have your walk! I got in an early morning walk this morning. I haven’t done this in ages, but it was delightful. We’ve been following the election with interest here in Australia. Yes, I’m surprised that the parties couldn’t come up with other leaders. Anyway, it will be interesting to see what happens next!

As soon as you mentioned your folding I was reminded of mine. Still warm, got right to it while watching. The gardens are still beautiful, as is your LOVE head wrap(really shows your spirit), and thx for the tour. Support and fellowship w/other women is so important. I cannot believe you question whether or not you are an inspiration. Here’s the answer: you are. Tell yourself that every day. I’ve never seen a kookaburra live but I know the song. Beautiful, s/he looked like they knew what was going on! Good luck w/ the trial/treatment tmmo.

I deal with anxiety and depression. I so admire how happy you always seem to be. I’m in the states & we have had 9 inches of rain. It’s Election Day here & tensions are running high. I’m choosing to binge watch Lost on Netflix. You are a pleasure to watch & listen to. Jenny Apple was too. I miss her smile & how positive she was too. Love & hugs from St. Louis ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’m sorry you battle with anxiety and depression. Hayley was just saying today how finding the glimmers in life keep you going so I hope there are some moments of happiness, because I could understand how election day would be very concerning for all of you over there! Big day for Kyle and the kids today. One year since we lost Jenny, I miss her too.

Hello caitlin, I will never unsubscribe from you. Loved your videos! I take prednisolone as well, one of my anti-rejection medications for my kidney transplant. I'm a little lower dose now but when I first had my transplant, I was on 30 mg a day sometimes more, and I'd certainly be like moonphase then. Anyway, now that your adorable triplets have had their birthday, hopefully you can relax a little. and still got swollen ankles.

You are succeeding at squeezing every drop out of life. Big house, big family, big life, big parties, and big supports. But I do have a Question: what was that yellow “expensive piece of plastic” toy Toby received and what is it for? 😂. Reminds me of the barefoot bowling where everybody was wearing shoes! All hail donuts.

Oh haha! Barefoot bowling! I should have pointed out, it's only barefoot if you are wearing the wrong shoes! If you have flat soles you're allowed on the green. The expensive piece of plastic is a side arm. You slot the heavy cricket ball in it (why it's more expensive then one you might use for a dog's tennis ball) and use it to practise bowling. Always lovely getting comments from you Violetta!

@ back at you Caitlin. Your videos are fun and entertaining as well as informative. I relate to you in a lot of ways and love how you handle mishaps, like with the two lost prescriptions floating around somewhere in Brisbane😂 and that you walked and walked to the point of exhaustion bc the building was right there, you could see it(wrong)! I can’t count how many unplanned long walks like that I’ve had, especially when in a foreign city. Keep going. I see there’s another video. Will take my mind off election returns.

Making three cakes for one occasion must have been stressful. I think they turned out well. Our Whole Foods grocery store used to have fruit for small children, but I haven't paid attention since my grandchildren have grown up. Renae from North Carolina, USA
