The other day I was walking next to the house (I live in the Mojave Desert) and I saw this little fuzzy butt crawling weakly around a pot. I grabbed him real quick and he gave me a tiny little bite. He looked done. His mouth was stuck open and he was cold, but he was still alive. I brought him in and gave him some water on his mouth. He stirred a little. I held him in my hand with a towel over us, he needed to heat up real fast. Then he started to move more. I made up some baby oatmeal and forced him to eat with a syringe, he resisted, very fidgety, but I told him he didn't have a choice. I researched online and they said be sure and check the area again because there could be more. I found #2. Fast forward 3 days later and they're thriving and warm, I have them in a cage/box with a heating pad. "Logan'' has to be coaxed but "Riley" is always ready to eat. They always want to burrow into my hand so feeding them is a challenge. They're starting to eat more each time They're the size of your little feller at 9 minutes their eyes are half open. Great idea the fish tank that would be perfect for them as they grow. Thank you for your helpful video. I was wondering what to leave on the ground for them to hide in once they're free. I have some of my goats alfalfa hay. Later I'll free them in the area I found them.

I just came across your channel, watched one video of you taking care of a sick, almost dead Bald Eagle from like 7 years ago, talking about getting your Widlife Rescue off of the ground. I go to your videos tab and your newest video is the grand opening! Congratulations!

I am an illustator and one of my favourite things to paint are vultures! I LOVE this video, poor little mite! It is precious! I think they are gorgeous! Edit in: Oh, the feathers and bones not eaten is very very interesting indeed! There is precision and also the knowledge that it won't be digestible, or very hard to digest. How fascinating to learn! Thank you for your help with this precious vulture and all the other birds you help! All lives matter! .....except parisites..😅 we all could live without parasites.

I live in Phoenix one day I was waiting in a drive through line at a Walgreens Pharmacy. The property is up against a mountain preserve I saw a group of pigeons maybe 10-15 pecking around by a parking spot I think someone threw some bird seed out. All of sudden they scattered wings flapping so hard there was feathers coming lose floating back to the ground few seconds later this Road Runner shows up look around for something to eat. Pigeons seem to be smart enough to know what was coming.

My grandpa in Texas used to decorate their house with a bunch of road runner stuff because he loves them. My grandma and grandpa are both old and it's been like 7 years since I have been to Texas to visit. I keep wanting to go but life is so hectic and I'm already struggling with bills. It's so hard to get away for that much time to see all my family there. I really need to find a way to go soon though. Thanks for sharing. I remember seeing them a lot out in the wild around Austin and San Antonio as a kid. You have to have a quick eye to see them running along.
