It was pretty easy to get used to and the Japanese roads make it easy to understand. Just trust in your driving abilities like you are driving back at home hahaha

Are the tolls expensive compared to the USA?

Definitely and the frequency of tolls is much higher

I would say about $50 for the car rental. other things like gas and tolls add up depending how far you go too!! hope you have fun
