Y'all don't use goo gone on your books. Just use a hair dryer on the sticker area for 30 sec and slowly remove the sticker while heat is still on the area. Comes right off with no residue and no scraping damage to books. It's also much easier process

Our favorite Christmas Tradition is being the “easy parents.” We have a blended family ages 10-30. Everyone is grown except for one. Many years ago, my husband and I decided that we would be the easy parents about holidays because with court documents and custody schedules and even/odd year holidays 😵‍💫 it was stressful to the children and also their experiences at our home and their other homes. We realized we could celebrate the birth of Jesus any day (every day) of the year. That overflowed into all the other holidays as we practiced being “easy” with our time together. So, we celebrate Thanksgiving the first weekend in November and then Christmas the first weekend in January. Traditions matter and the point is always family unity, right? We love ours. 😌

My favorite Christmas tradition remains one from my childhood. While we slept waiting for Santa my mother would sneak into our rooms and, using a stamp pa1d and 3 fingers, left "Rudolph" paw prints on our cheeks and faces, as well as pajamas, with a letter from Santa saying he had left Rudolph to take a little nap with us while he went to some of the neighbors houses. We have wonderful pictures and memories of those Rudolph paw prints on our surprised faces! That tradition carries on through the generations of our family!

Our favorite holiday tradition is a Christmas Eve box that the kids get to open from their Mamaw.
