Well, you have added to my TBR! I paused the video twice to pick up American Gauntlet and The Fake Out. I don't read a l ot of romance but you sold me on these two. And thanks for flagging language and spice levels - I really appreciate that.

Yay!! Oh I love that you are supporting these 2 authors!

I love Abby Jimenez! I’m glad you do too. All the other books sound excellent. (Except the bodybuilding one. I’m not into those tv shows.) of special interest is the is Enemies of the Heart and Iona Iverson’sRules for commuting. After working for our university of 38 years, I miss interacting with all the various generations. Book Tube has been a blessing in finding common interests with all of you. I cannot wait to read this story. Thank you for the links.

Andy Stanley is an incredible preacher. I’ve watched/listened to many of his messages on the North Point Community Church’s KZbin channel. His teachings on parenting and marriage have been really useful over the years. Thanks for the recommendations. I’m going to pick up a few of the romances.

I love to hear that. I hadn't read anything from him before and I could definitely see myself reading more from him in the future.

@@OnTheMiddleShelfI would not recommend him anymore. He keeps straying further and further from the faith, unfortunately.

I enjoyed They Went Left also! It’s been a while since I read it, but I really remember liking how different it was and getting a different perspective in the Holocaust story. It was so interesting to see how the Victims from the concentration camps had to deal with being released with nothing and no home or relatives to go back to for some. A heartbreaking story but so worth the read!

Yes! It was such a good perspective to read about.

I enjoyed one summerr in Savannah but I don’t think I could be as forgiving as Sara. I respect her for it but I couldn’t. I loved the little girl a lot though!
