Yo, my mechanics is on point then. My secondary fire I nail a lot and delete ppl. I'm really good at his main fire. I'm only Gold 3 right now as a Role Support with Zen. I've only been playing since Jan.2024. I've just now got coaching. I want to be In Diamond soon. I did land Plat 4 in progression. But, I didn't hold it. So, I've got to up my game.

Whenever i play comp with friends its usually extremly frustrating and puts immense pressure in me, even if we win, so much so that i cant even play 3 in a row, i've actually played very little solo queue dps, my main role, and im plat 2, really grinding to diamond. I think i'll start solo queing.

Sad to see you go IoStux, had a couple of sessions with you when I was 14 years old and they were great! Now I’m 20 and miss the days when I had time to grind OW instead of working. See you around

I need a video on what to do when you are being focused on, especially by high mobility hero’s like Tracer. I’m getting chased down by them a lot and don’t have the mobility to consistently win the fights. I just started playing OW2 and just unlocked Ashe, so I’m already at a disadvantage.

I am a new to OW, play on console, and have been trying to improve my aim with kiriko in this trainer. When at slower speed I really struggle to lead properly. Any advice? Most of my time is spent on very slow speeds, unable to figure out what I am doing wrong. If more information is needed I can elaborate.

Sniper had said any where, in the eye to the nose (within the triangle. Is instant. Then that political scac, got shot, "in the eye" but survived. So seems like it's back to square one. Though grampa said to pin their ear'. And they're down. 😅😢

How important is tailoring your hero pool to the Poke/Dive/Brawl team compositions. As a tank player I've tried my best to keep 1 of each (Rien, Sigma, Ball) but I'm not sure how important it is since I've found myself really enjoying Ramattra. (Also I queue for all roles so I have pools for every role lol) (Echo, Junkrat, Venture for DPS and Lifeweaver, Lucio, Moira for Suppport)

I don't get what is so dam different about OW compared to Cod games, Halo games and other FPS when it comes to just aiming. I've even played paladins right before it was fucked over and I breezed thru every casual match with 70-100k damage on high skill hit-scan characters. Then I play OW and I can't aim, kill quickly or take duels. I played this game back in 2018 and just started picking up the game again and I just suck with every hero I touch unless they auto aim. Hitscan or projectile I get to 70-110% at best and then drop 30% to 60-80%.

Overwatch characters have instant acceleration when changing directions. That means when the character switches from going left to going right, they don’t slow down while in other games, changing directions slightly slows them down before they accelerate.

Dude I’m so sad. I stopped getting any videos from you and I remember following you from the ow1 days 😭 just saw this video trying to find another KZbin channel that helped me find my controller sens before I hopped on PC gaming. Man I wish I had jumped in and got a coaching session. Wish you the best in life dog, helped a ton finding my sens on my first wired g pro 🙏🏼 ggs

Been trying this, and ngl, i feel like my aim is getting worse. I'm constantly overcorrecting, my wrists hurt, my eyes hurt, can barely see the moving enemies, and when I get out of it I don't even want to play Quick Play or Ranked because I got burned out by it. A main complaint as well, is that it doesn't take into account tanks making space, or enemies getting healed. Sure, you can kill them without a mercy pocketing them, but with one it becomes significantly harder.

The last video about Ramattra I watched encouraged being patient, waiting for the enemy to use their abilities, then using yours when they’re on cool down. This coaching is the exact opposite. I am confused.

im not sure i understand the "strafes per second" bit.... is it number of times either strafe button is pressed in a second? i.e. faster change in direction / more rapid different inputs of strafing?

Very late to the party, but ex-overwatch player here who found your video through my recommended feed. This sort of analytical approach to determining your optimal mouse sensitivity is exactly the sort of thing I'm looking for, but I'm wondering if it's something I can apply to aim trainers like Kovaaks. What are the exercises you'd recommend outside of Overwatch?

8XG3Z -I just made a fork of it specifically for practicing tracer bombs. Tldr, cooldowns are basically 0, and the bots have infinite healing, the only way to get a kill is to stick a bomb to something. I made it for myself, and used your workshop mode as a basis, figured I'd come back here and share it.

I cant believe I ran into this concept on my own in my ranked games. I am trying to rank up on genji and realized how I can sometimes do very little and see great results. Sometimes the key to success is to not do anything until you really have to. Literally joked to my friends that I‘m autopiloting and relaxing while winning. I watched some of my own vods and learnt on my own that some times I couldve just not done anything and survived.

Hey ioStux, thank you so very much for the terrific lessons throughout the years. I've been going through my old subscriptions and found you there, and remembered how important your videos and lessons were to a teenage me when I was deep in my overwatch obsession. You really helped me enjoy the game and find fresh ways to play back then, and I want to thank you deeply on behalf of my younger self and for all the people your lessons helped. I hope you have an incredible time finishing university!
