Bro this didn't blow up yet because of the thumbnail, which has nothing to do with the content. I think you should have a picture of 3 different brains, with 3 split background colours doing activities which relate to their brain type. I know your videos are super high quality but the spiderman thumbnail is not the way

Currently I have an exam to tackle and I am binging on Netflix all the day and youtube reels. I have blocked youtube app completely for a month and I am not going to use youtube on my phone unless absolutely necessary. I will update after a month. Thanks for all the tips. For food , I am very intentional with what I eat. an icecream and a pizza a week is all the junk that I eat. I am eating clean 90% of the time and I exercise 5 days a week :) I need to start reading books again to stop getting bored . Today is 16 May. I will be back after 16 June

The truth is that society has reached such a high level of distraction that they can't focus on watching a Full KZbin video let alone this video that's meant to help them, but they'd rather watch short meaningless tiktok videos.

Absolutely! It takes decades to change your identity. It is never a stop solution. It's a whole lot of perseverance, decisions, habits, and dedication.

Can I listen to music during the detoxification
@CajunKoiAcademy
@CajunKoiAcademy 17 сағат бұрын
Yes, you can listen to music, but it would be good to stay away from really fast paced, harsh, jumpy music. Basically any music that gives you a dopamine hit. Music like classical, instrumental or lofi is the best.

I don't daydream about positive scenarios about myself. It is just a nonsense fantasy movie with different characters. No relation to me or my reality at all. And yes sometimes it is stressful and i want to sleep instead of watching this nonsense movie which would never end in my head.

Additionally, It doesn't have to be a "successful character" you become just yet You can start of as building yourself to be just a character eg. Study for 10 mins everyday You're not the ideal yet, but you are going to be with the !!Habits you made to stay consistent You don't have to build to a character knowing everything to be one. Eg. Exactly how to get a million subs, just know that consistency is your main factor x It all starts with following your system to become that character and make the right, small decisions Then develop your system along the way Make sure you can find sufficient things you love about the thing you want to do if it's something like medicine so don't force yourself to like a certain career path

2:22 This is important Act like you what to do it anyway even if you don't You are most likely to do it 3:07 So you become this person as a result of these small thing to a big transformation Makes you a good student and Sense of achievement makes you love it anyway You find a reason to love it Enjoy habit, Habit becomes fun YOU CAN RUIN UR PROGRESS WITH A NEGATIVE MINDSET/AFFIRMATIONS or make you not start in the diet place 5:47 How to figure out if you are extrinsicly or intrincicly Then you can find out how to make it intrinsic or in other words how to enjoy it!

I did both this and the one from last year , in this one i got 1 b 4 A's and 5C's meaning im a kuma and in the other one i got an equal number of A's & C's which supposedly means I'm either a Kuma or tora , but after watching all 3 brain types I believe im more on the kitsune side (excluding the "charismatic" part) nonetheless I still relate to some traits form the other 2 , one thing I noticed abt myself is that I'm highly fixated on my surroundings and I tend to hold myself back on the account of how others ( complete strangers) would react but at the same time I'm less sensitive than "average", I could be described as self- focused & ambivalent (I may not always display immediate emotional reactions to the problems of others, but I become more aware and responsive when someone points out the need for empathy or emotional support). I have a conflicted and introverted with strong convictions personality , I'm a reservoir of untapped potential if ykw I mean (lmao i ended up writing too much💀)

I am sure you know a lot more than an average person how the brain works. However, neuroscientists refute that dopamine detoxing works for everyone and aren't confident it works long-term. There are many nuances and genetic predispositions to take into account. People with severe addictions can actually suffer serious side effects from dopamine detox without working with a medical expert. However, resisting what you really want to do is good for strengthening the Anterior Mid-Cingulate Cortex region of the brain.

From Nigeria! During my secondary school dates I was good in the sciences, arts and social sciences. It was tough for me to choose a discipline. I love everything. Today, I am studying Pharmacy. But there is creative writing, music, football, philosophy, psychology, theology, and a whole bunch of science stuff. I can't find enough time for all of them. Sometimes I wish there were 72 hours in a day. And I build momentum slowly cause I can't figure out what to do between all the interests yanking at me. But was I get started, I blow at top speed... Well, until I get distracted by another interest. On the bright side, I am hardly bored. There is always something fun for me today. Work is fun and fun is work.
