I had no idea this was possible and you have opened up my volca bass to sooo many new possibilities. I THANK YOU

Sounds good man. I, too have a volca obsession lol. Just got my fm2 today, which leaves me having all of them except the kick and the first sample. I love them. Also love moog, but those are a tad expensive, as you probably know already. Hope you have a fire extinguisher nearby though lol. Cheers mate!

Nice setup! I, for one, would love to see Korg make a Volca version of their old DW-8000, before Behringer does, although, I'd settle for a Volca M1.

A lot of of people are talking about the sound coming from the synth but I wanted to ask how you go about composing these EDM Acid-ish riffs. It's patterns of arpeggios over chords but some have gaps and with some the order changes, it's really impressive.

How do you connect them and how do you synchronize them? What interface do you use?

Wishing for a proper Volca ROMpler? At the risk of sacrilege (*gasp*ROLAND?!?!*) 😀 , the Boutique JD-08 is a pretty proper ROMpler and it's not much bigger 'n a Volca.

Why own the modular if it’s “too complicated”? There’s also the M1 Gadget on iOS! M1 just got the auv3 treatment. Maybe mount an iPad?

If you want to replace that second sampler with an M1 you should get a Nintendo 3dsXL WITH THE KORG M01D software loaded! Wouldnt be the same box shape but it WOULD fit in the space more or less with a little adjustment! I did see a video earlier where they figured out how to run a signal from a hard panned m01d 3dsxl to the volcas to drive the tempo with the volca sync.... just a workaround with its own fun minutiae. Or alternately you could use the korg software they developed for the Nintendo switch if you happen to have one of those lying around...

Love the setup and the sound of it! Do you have any clipping issues on the Kp3? I have one and use it for the same purpose as you do but I have to turn the input volume way down to avoid clipping. Could it be a problem of my unit or do you have the same problem? Thanks a lot

I do like the Volca Drum, however that screen placement is whack. Whoever laid it out needs to be fired. Look at the Sample 1&2 the screen is off to the side and the LED's react fast enough to find your settings in the knobs. With the Drum you have to move so slowly that it is unusable and your hand is in the way no matter where you put it. In case people don't know, when you turn the knobs the screen will show you when you reach the settings associated with that sound by placing a dash or a dot next to the digits. With the Drum the screen reacts so slow that you cant see it unless you deliberately check each spot. Also the snare is so weak with the drum.
