The 11 inches you used for the waist is it the exact waist measurement.. because i was thinking you will put elastic after hemming the waist area but you didn't.

Yes for me it's the right measurement but you can make it wider slightly and add elastic for a more fitted look. It shouldn't affect the overall style of the blouse x

@@CreationsBySheyThen I cannot hear your instructions. It's really common for anyone with auditory or sensory processing disorders to be unable concentrate. If there is dialogue and moving visuals AND music it creates distortion in their brains. Just FYI. Hope that helps.
