The tutorial is nicely done, and your dress is beautiful. I could not see the lines you were drawing, though, because the colors were so similar. Maybe, could you use darker markings next time? And I hope there's a next time, as I enjoyed the tutorial!

@@CreationsByShey yes I'm find this a fantastic invention, never seen this before because nowadays clothes are either showing too much of top or bottom . Thanks for your modest clothes. I trawled to see the ones I can manage . So far it's you who inspired me. You may think I'm always commenting but you have actually gotten me out of a rot. Now I remembered how much I like sewing even though I'm not good. You make me feel I too can do it in my spare time.

@@Sherirose1 awww I honestly don't mind! The more comments the merrier 😄 I'm glad I could inspire you. I used to feel soo overwhelmed when watching sewing tutorials! Too much beating around the Bush before getting to the actual point! That's when I decided I will try to simplify some of the sewing techniques for myself and it worked. I mean my technique are definitely not to a professional standard so really they're ideal for people who like to sew for themselves or loved ones. I need to try to post more regularly but I'm juggling a lot with my personal life but I'll try xxx

Salam alaykum sister. In the video you said you measured the length of the dress and skirt as 46 inches. Isn’t the skirt meant to be shorter than the dress? I got a little confused.

Yes it's the same length because the skirt you will wear it at your waist not your shoulders so it will inevitably be longer in length. Hope this makes sense xxx
