Lovely dress, thanks for sharing. You make it look so easy. Did you finish the edges of the 2" strip that encases the drawstrings? I missed that. Also, I've watched your other videos and have a comment about when it says "final look", it blocks the view of your final look...please take that out of your editing for future videos (I hope I didn't offend you by saying this, but your tutorials are so good and enjoyable, I just wanted to give some feedback) 🙂

I don’t quite understand where you say about machining down the centre strip until the last 10”..does that hang free ?

So you leave about 10inches from the hem of the skirt without the strip... it will hang free but it will create like a peplum design. Take a look at me wearing the dress to see how it'll look xx hope it makes sense 😅🥰
