I had the exact same issue in my 1999 S320 a few years ago and found the exact same problem. That sensor is the pollution sensor and the wire frays because it is run between plastic that will rub the sheath off the wire. I'm glad you recorded this so others will be able to figure this out. It's crazy that the immobilizer and climate control are on the same circuit.

Ive a 1995 w140 s-class I hope you reply to this message, I’m having a radio wire issue everything is connected correctly, like wire to wire, for some reason, my radio doesn’t come on when I turn the key to the second on position or when I turn the car on, what could be the reason for that? My red accessory wire / yellow power wire, turns the deck on when I connect them all together, which leaves the deck on even if I take the key out the ignition n it drains my battery if I let it sit overnight. every wire is coded correctly, color to color. I purchased a brand new (AMP) recently. so I hear the (AMP) turn on when I connect the (blue) wire to the (yellow) power wire, just to make sure the AMP turns on, which it does. I get no power from the deck system what so ever, when all the power wires are connected correctly. the radio (fuse) is fine. I’ve no blown fuses from the trunk at all. If you can reply back, that would be awesome!.

When working with all your wires up front, there is a key that has green and orange (?) Or yellow wires that are just hanging there, not plugged into anything. Its behind all the wires you are working with. I have that too. What do I do with that?

ive got a 49.5cc schwinn sport scooter. i py passed the ingnition switch to start my scooter after ridding it . while i was ridding it it died and i have no power to the stater switch button and i have no lights or blinkers working

Hi.I have w140 S320 96y and O² sensor wont work correctly, its ON few sec and then its shut down/OFF Do i need to replace O² sensor? No check engine light. There is many different sensors in the market, witch one i need do buy?

Just did this on a 99 Miata. You don’t have to remove the upper control arm. Just put pressure on the knuckle and tilt the strut, it will come out
