Knitting is the best comfort. Thank you for all the happy projects to bring pleasure to us all. I'm not much of a crochetter but I really enjoyed and learned from Ruth's teaching session.

Congrats on 20k! You guys are a great podcast and I just love all of my Friday friends! Now, as soon as I go off of my yarn diet, omg, that is such a beautifully lustrous Devonia! I kept rewinding to admire it and I'd have a really hard time picking a color!

Corinne - I love your jumper, I went to your Woolly Thistle website and bought the pattern straight away, can you let me know what that colour is that your was knitted in as I love it and want to knit it in the same. It will be my first jumper, is the pattern a 3/4 length sleeve as I want to do that too? Thanks xoxo

I would say that you will understand the way that I felt about the world for the last 4 years. It was a truly depressing and scary time for me as I watched our country divided and horrible things written and said about conservatives. Happy to see the country come together as Americans and hope we can support each other even if we don’t agree, at least we have knitting in common.

A wonderful shopcast, Corrine & Maggie & Thistlers. Paired with the last special on colour work, I am inspired now to participate in the KAL. My project will be the Rue Bonnie hat, to go with Caitlin’s RB cowl that I knit a ciuple of winters ago. Thank you!

Another wonderfully inspiring episode. It is always SO helpful when you show us individual skeins of yarn - we really get the best sense of the colors, like those beautiful mixes in the John Arbon colorways. And I love when you hold them up together to show possible pairings! Thank you!

I’m relatively new to your podcast and really enjoying watching. One of you mentioned continuing the knit/slip pattern on the bottom of your sock heel for added strength. I’m wondering if any of you have a suggestion for improving strength under the ball/toe mounds of the foot? My socks wear out fastest just below my big toe and I’m not sure how to solve that. Thanks.

I continue to support your positive outlook and the knitting that allows us to soldier on. In the spirit of stash busting, I am enjoying knitting the Artus shawl, using some lovingly curated stash yarns, including your Shetland supreme jumper weight in color 2006 and a really deep stash clay color from a Texelar grouping purchased from you many years back. Does not qualify for the accessories KAL, but with you in spirit!🫶🧶
