A lovely way to spend my morning, knitting and watching the shop cast. I always get so much inspiration from the projects your team has made. Corinne, I watched Voices Over The Water last weekend, you must be so proud to have sponsored the program ! Thank you for so many wonderful yarns, books, ideas. Sharon

As always, I loved your podcast! Caitlyn's sharing of her colorwork journey was wonderful. It was inspiring to see her evolution. What a great idea to highlight such change from beginning to end result. And of course, Renee's contribution was very inspiring as well. I absolutely love her husband's finished sweater and I know he will wear it with great pride! Thanks so much for all you do and it's always great to have your podcast to watch while I knit!

Welcome back Thistle team!! It is lovely to have you back . ZOMIE WIPS🤣 is the best description I’ve heard in a long time and absolutely applies to a project I found hiding in the back of my closet while packing up for my move and have decided is time to finish! Want to give a compliment to Renee on her color choice on the Huxter hat - just beautiful! See you all next Friday - have a spectacular week ahead

Thanks to Jill for all the work she did this week to get my order processed and shipped to me. I can’t wait to try out your yarns as here in Knoxville we don’t have many yarn stores and not one that specializes in non -Superwash yarns.

Welcome back, my favourite part of Friday here in England. I finish work at 12.30, then settle down in front of my open fire with Amber my labrador in the afternoon to watch your shopcast. What a great start with so many fabulous ideas, my favourite I think is Thegither Cowl.

Just loved Rachel's Fair Isle postcard, as always. It's so wonderful you made it to Foula on the double-leg! I wish you could have got out and walked around a bit, but you've seen it up close and that is wonderful. Very happy Scampi is feeling better, that you had a glorious Christmas morning, and the egg-laying feline was indeed a Christmas miracle :) May the new year bring you much warmth and sunshine and grass for your animals, Rachel. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all.

Great starting the new year with The Woolly Thistle. Corinne, I love your Nana Duck! Her face is so sweet. I finished Horatio the Donkey for my niece’s baby. Like you, I can now say I’m not a toy knitter but the sense of accomplishment when I was done was through the roof. Very much enjoyed seeing Caitlin’s projects!

Happy New Year ! Another great shopcast. Here in Southern California staying safe from all the crazy wildfires. Knitting keeps my anxiety down as I pray on each stitch knitted on my Shift cowl by Andrea Mowry using Junction Mills yarn my Mom bought me for Christmas. Love the duck. I using old nylons for stuffing on my little animals. ❤

Loved seeing your nearly finished Nanna the Lady Duck, Corinne! I am sending a Nanna Duck off to a friend's little girl today - Maggie is right - so fun to see her develop as you are finishing her. I am thinking about Fortrose mittens for the colorwork KAL. I do not think I have ever finished the colorwork KAL - why do I have more success with the sweater KAL - you would think it would be the opposite 😊. Always enjoy Shopcast Friday - Happy New Year!

So Happy you are back. 😊 Happy New Year 🎉. 🎆 Hope you’re doing great. Love you all as to the shopcast. Corrine love the hat and wristlets definitely reminds me of candy. I have plenty of knits ready for the Color work KAL. So glad I was able to snag the Hoswick Tam kit I was going to hold it to do the cowl but I may do it now as I loved Caitlin’s color variations and her blog post. As with Renee as well. Such talent and inspiration. Thanks again for the shopcast. Thank you Rachel I want to visit Foula myself one day. Love their yarn 🧶.

Hello! Knitty Knatty sent me here! I loved the tour of your shop! I just decided to do a gansey abd my LYS doesn't stock these lovely yarns A self taught knitter, Ive since discovered a love for natural fiber! Blends have a place but the bounce and memory of wool is my preference! I haven't done any fair isle knitting and Im very encouraged to attempt a beginner kit. I have done hats and mittens and socks. A cowl or hooded cowl is on my list to do ! I personally don't care for hat hair or turtle necks of any kind I much prefer a colder climate and CNY suits me The current weather had me get some #2 wt to cast on a cowl Now , what pattern ? So many lovely choices 😂
