Mantap bang. Content video sangat nice and sampai! Sy da main gym since 2013 sampai sekarang masih maintain natural sebab takde kepentingan untuk ambik roids yela bukan masuk competition pun. Kadang2 teracun juga tengok member lain ambik roids badan semart woo tapi sy masih kuatkan mental untuk being natural 😁

pergh .. salute la u bro... cerita kita hampir sama bro tapi saya tak bodybuilding .. saya dari obese ke kurus bro .. memang selalu masuk gym .. kwn2 gym suruh ambik steroid juga tapi saya tak ambik .. but my goal is marathon .. dah 3 kali run Full marathon complete Personal Best 4jam24min, skrg obese balik tetapi untuk new challenge 2.0 for me .. wish u goodluck bro ..

Hey thanks for the comment and giving your good opinion 1. For me it’s selfish because I’m competing and i want to win. I still love bodybuilding because it teach me a lot of things like discipline and mental focus. 2. It’s healthy but like i said. Competing is extreme even if you’re natural. Going to 3-5% bodyfat is not good for our body. But yes, if you don’t compete, don’t do PED. It’s the best investment for your body. Thanks again. 👊
