Salam sihat semua.
So, This is my pull workout routine
1. Pull up (15reps x 3sets)
2. Smith machine row (10 x 3sets)
3. 1 arm high cable row (15reps x 3sets)
4. Seated cable row (15reps x 3sets)
5. Alternate bicep curl (15reps x 3sets)
