Cant remember if you said you would keep it white, but if you were to change paintcolor, what would it be? I think some type of green would look clean, specially with those lights 😎

Wouldnt the screamer pipe blow a lot of blacksmoke underneath the car? Thinking about making a screamer pipe on my turbo-diesel build as well, but I cant decide if it should go into the downpipe or not haha. Sick build though! The fog lights gave the old merc a nice rally look!

Hi Simon. The way you made the cooling loop for the cabinets heater core. Isn’t there a chance you are blocking the flow between the water pump housing and to the back of the head ? Does the heater core vale not shut of the flow ?

The w210, w124, w201 etc. has routed the cooling like this. Works great 😊

Closes to the cabin yes, but not in the engine. Water still flows in the whole cylinder head all the time.

Kollade igenom videon själv så nu förstod jag vilken du menade 😂 skruven går att ta bort för att aldan bestämmer bränslemängden enligt laddtryck. Tror aldan maxar vid 4bar laddtryck så har man WG som öppnar vid 2.5bar så ger den bränsle för den mängden tryck 😁

Den andra skruven som ligger mot gamla stop armen ska man inte röra, skruvar man ut den så ger pumpen 200cc konstant 😅

No, have not done that in any project yet. And no problems either 😊 exhaust is supported under the car and boostpipe is very lightweight so i dont think it stresses the manifold.
