For me, Roland was by far one of the easiest bosses. Even with my non optimized build, stowaways being two fish companions and the contact lens, and it being my first playthrough, I beat him in 1 or 2 attempts.

Nah Clockla being ranked 17 is criminal easily the most difficult boss in the whole series.

I always felt Sly 4 had the best gameplay of the 4 games but had the worst Story of the 4 games and was a complete disservice to how Sly 3 closed the trilogy. I don't even count it as canon since they do so much dumb stuff and then just end it on a cliff-hanger with no closure. Over the years, 2 has become my favorite over 3 since it has consistent open world Episodes with more evolution to the maps, and elements of being a Thief and Heists are more pronounced, and Episodes 4 and 5 are my favorites in the series. Sly 3 imo lacks those key details, and the Episodes feel more like set pieces for spectacle than actual levels you explore, with hardly any incentive to explore on top. Aside from those setbacks, Sly 3 is my favorite when it comes to variety and enemies and consistently good Episode worlds, especially 3,1, and 5, and ofc General Tsao existing.

I think they should do a true route split in the next game. Like FE8 but you choose the lord to follow after the prologue and they have completely different stories that don't overlap much in terms of maps and objectives. Regarding your thoughts on renown, the 50 lance kills example, how about that a character can unlock the ability to reclass if they use a weapon from a different class to kill a certain number of units. Say that a Myrmidon could get a f rank in axes and make it so the only f rank weapons are "training" weapons that cannot trigger any skills or be upgraded and have a massive weight penalty and 1 might, and if you can get a certain number of kills with this terrible weapon that makes your unit near useless then you can unlock a different class for the unit. Instead of the second seal system. If they add guns I will never play another FE game again no matter if they get rid of them in the next game, guns are the least interesting weapon type in all of existence and games that have them are worse because they have them.

Oh boy Erlang. Heard all about him, and it is all true. I didn't encounter him till NG+ (cause I didn't know about it till I already beat the game) but even with all those stats and tools, I got SLAUGHTERED. Constantly. I think I got up to 40 tries with him. Don't know for certain cause I died a bunch, couple of those times were absolute bullshit, and I had to take a break for a few hours. Still died a bunch of times then too, and only finally eked out a win by pure luck. I got him to low health and no block bar, wiffed a transformation I had been saving, panicked and did a two focus heavy smash attack when I didn't mean to and crit and won. Legit one of the hardest bosses in any and all games I have played.

My top 5 hardest crystals: - N.Ballism - Pogo Padlock - Swamp Fox - Beach Ball - Melt Panic I'm sorry but the Ring Ding crystal is one of the easiest, it's crazy you ranked it so high, same for Mallet Mash, I rarely ever failed that one. Sky Balls is overrated in my opinion, it's very RNG but the AI is like in easy mode and usually doesn't take many tries, I once got it on my first attempt. As for gems: - Drain Bash - Melt Panic - N.Ballism - Swamp Fox - Jungle Fox Drain Bash is pure RNG, you will never have enough time to get rid of the AI in 30 seconds so you're at the game's mercy entirely, there is nothing you can do but wait until you get lucky.
