In USA these workers would require safety glasses, breathing protection, footwear safety belts auto shutdown etc. Plus a better than minimum wage, a pension contribution, health plan coverage, paid vacation days off, national holidays off, some religious days off all paid. Of course, uniforms, paid time to change clothing, paid break time twice a shift but 1/2 hr or more unpaid lunch time. Then a psid cleanup time at the end of the shift. Turns out this tractor company-reportly as employee owned, is failing financially.

Forget about the Popsicles, imagine working in a place like that with long loose dresses and sandals. Maybe life is very cheap there.

I have owned 3 MF tractors, a 165, 105 and the 175 I still have and use with a 7' Bush Hog, 4-16 semi-mounted plow, 200 gal 3 pt sprayer, 12 ft disk and a 3 pt mounted wood splitter. The 105 pulled the same equipment my former AC 7000 did at 2 gal an hour less diesel fuel. Had 2 MF combines also, a 410 with a 16 ft header and a 510 with a 20 ft header. Most efficient combines I ever owned but the JD 95 with the 303 gas engine was really good too.

This farm has been here for 125 or 130 years the only tractors that were ever here were Oliver's some of the neighbors had Massey Harris but actually watching this video I have a new respect for Massey Ferguson even though I am John Deere now I might have one😊 great content in this video
