Unfortunately , following safety measures and proper dressing is never in priority and it is with both employer and employees . I did jobs in Saudi manufacturing plants as well, they used to provide safety dressing and equipment but our desi's were always relunctant to wear those , result was the large number of accidents were with desi pepple only.

True! Also Pakistani society is still backward like Talibans. Majority of these works could have been done by their womenfolk. But they lock them up at home and instead get Hijda for dancing in their weddings and parties. A country with so many fit & skilled population than India and my country Bangladesh and still they lag behind. What a shame.

I've work in this kind companies. it called stone washing. this step makes the fabric more durable for using in all kind of weathers, and somewhat resistant to water penetration. in this process they using different chemicals. different companies in different countries does it in different ways, but the goal is the same. in this process they using different chemicals. it is combination of chemicals and techniques. how much chemicals, how long fabric washed, how hard is fire [warmth] and how fast fabric got dried. it is combination of all those things. and the second process I know it too, because am working with leather. I makes leather bags that is why I love sewing. that is why I said it is beautiful video. I enjoy it every second to watch it. respect for those hard working ppl.

Esto sí que es una fabrica integral , se hace todo. Lastima que no podamos pedir trajes para particular , ya que no he encontrado trajes completos de mi talla, si acaso podría pedir metros de tela tanta como para hacer un par de trajes. Y flecktan tienen tela.
