I didn’t expect much when I first tried Tongkat Ali, but it’s definitely added something to my runs. I take around 600mg on race day or when I’m pushing past 20km-along with my usual mix of electrolytes, energy gels, and sometimes caffeine or creatine-and it really seems to help with endurance and recovery. I’ve been getting less of that heavy-leg feeling, especially on the longer runs, and my recovery time feels quicker too. On regular training days, I keep it to about 200-400mg, which fits nicely with my usual vitamins and minerals. Honestly, if you’re a runner looking to keep your energy steady, it might be worth a shot. Just take it with your usual supplements; it’s a smooth addition to the routine! ALL THE BEST EVERYONE AND DON'T GIVE UP TO ALL YOU NEW RUNNERS!

Interesting it used to have all the hills in the back half they have actually tamed it down I feel but I haven't run the newer course I'll have to run it next year . But your right it's a beautifully brutal course.

I expected more. Not as beautiful as I expected. I am from India but to be honest, place in this video is not comparable to european, japanese or americian places. Why trees are so dark and place look blurry and water are not blue. May be you should visit some other place in Kashmir. Sorry but I expected more. This place in video is not even close comparable to other videos of europe or US. 😒😒😓😓

It’s charming nice small coastal town, if you love sunset and old architecture and history and Mediterranean weather than you will certainly enjoy your visit/ living there most of the times it feels so serene and peaceful you forget all your troubles like small slice of heaven on earth , but prices are insane . But that is all you need a towel and bicycle and small trip to grocery store for everything you need to visit Dubrovnik. The Adventure is what you make it to be .

Now that gives you an answer how all those tourists from cruise ships entertain them self by window shopping

I love this trek, but didn't go all the way to the top, went to half-way, where the vehicles stop. That was high enough for me :-) Having to be picked up at either 1:30am - 2am (from my hotel in Seminiyak) to be driven to the area where Mount Batur is, being around a 2 hour drive. This somewhat ruined sleeping pattern for the next day or two. Hence I would recommend doing this trek closer to the end of your time at Bali or at the very beginning when it won't affect you as much.

How scary is it flying for that long 😭😭 I want to go to Bangkok next year but I've never flown for that long so I'm kind of nervous lol. I would be flying out of s.f as well

Hrana uopće nije teška, jer ovdje su grde zime i treba ti više enrgije da preživiš. Ne možeš u kopnemom dijelu države di je jaka zima jesti salate i ribu da bi preživio. Tamo odi u Dalmaciju, tamo ti je lakša hrana, tamo zime su rijetke. Štrukli također nisu zagrebačka hrana, to je hrana donešena iz regije Zagorje, Zagorci su donijeli tu hranu u Zagreb kao i palentu, to je njihova kuhinja. Večina zagrebačke kuhinje i je donešena od drugih regija Hrvatske, a dobar dio smo naslijedili iz Austro-Ugarske kojoj smo pripadali, oni su nam donjeli razne vrste odrezaka, od kojih smo mi pravili neke svoje inačice koje i danas imamo na našim stolovima. Ja koji sam rođen u Zagrebu, teško bi mogao ti reči, koja je hrana isključivo baš originalno zagrebačka, ja mislim da to uopće ne postoji, jer sva ta hrana koju mi jedemo u Zagrebu je donešena iz drugih dijelova države i svijeta. To je zato, jel Hrvati su ti uvijek bili pod nečijom vlasću, nikada kroz povjest mi nismo bili svoji na svome, uvijek nas je netko tlačio. Tako da Hrvatska kuhinja je ustvari mix različitih nacija koje su ovdje došle nas tlačiti i vladati nama. Prijatno, i opet nam dođite, ako je nešto dobro, ona je to hrana na ovim prostorima.

The wife and I flew Polaris to Hawaii and back a few weeks ago and it was AMAZING!!! We didn't get the full "Polaris" experience. The whole flight out and back was Hawaiian themed. We got to preorder our meals. My breakfast was a Spicy Southwest Scramble, a meal that could only be preordered. I'm not big on "spicy" but I asked if they had any hot sauce. I loved it!!! We had a red eye back, so we had the seats 2 rows ahead of you. we didn't get the mattresses, PJs, or slippers (I did ask, lol) like the international flights got. It would've been nice for the over night portion. The wife and I tried to sleep but couldn't. I think it would be different on a longer flight. Oh, and that moon thing on the end of the seat controls is the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the outside of the seat. All in all, WE loved it!!! She said she wanted to do it again!!! We're going to Europe in 4 years!!! P.S. That would be me, too. Showing up 5 hours early to go to the lounge 🤣😂🤣😂

Arrived for our honeymoon on the 2nd of November 2015 and the walled City of Grad was opened to us like a private wedding gift - My husband and I with two guards in the whole of the city and we just walked hand in hand. Till this day, we still can't believe we had this beautiful city to ourselves. We went on to visit Dubrovnik every wedding anniversary was in 2020. When visiting, don't just stay in Grad, try other places like Lapad and Lokrum Island etc, for more flavour and variety.
