I seen a couple of them fly over my home last summer. It was way cool. I wonder if they will let me fly in the SR 72 Blackbird. That would be super narly

Hi there, amazing video, I was wondering if I could use 45sec of your video to set it side by side with the simulator DCS, I just finish my F-16D thunderbird #7 livery with the MXU-648, and your video is the only one out there that has them on the wings, Is just for fun no millions to be made. :) Thanks for your time. Cheers!

to everyone calling the earth flat - you can literally track the location of the space station and when it goes overhead at night you can see it with the naked eye, or if you have a telescope you can look at it and literally see the shape of the station. You also lack any understanding of physics

Hi Mike, I just had to comment on your fantastic video which I have watched many times. I've seen a lot of Corsair videos and I have to say yours is the very best. She's my favorite WWII fighter. My second is the P-51D. Anyway, I love the P&W R-2800 at idle, that rough loping sound that you don't get to hear very often is soo cool. Over 2,000 horses ready to go at idle? There's no sound better! You are a great pilot, to handle her so smoothly with a couple 3 point landings WOW. I could see you were having so much fun you lucky guy! I'm just a private pilot for many years now, and have flown many different light aircraft. But I have to tell you I met Major Greg Boyington ( pappy) at the EAA fly in at Oshkosh WI in 1987 before he passed away in 1988. He had a booth there I was unaware of until I just happened to walk past it. At that moment there happened to be nobody there. So here I am a new pilot talking to a 5X ACE from WWII for a little while, just the two of us!! I told him I was a big fan of the Black Sheep TV show and he said it wasn't very true to life which I figured. He told me his guys didn't call him Pappy too much. It was gramps mostly, Greg or Major. He told me a little about his days with the AVG..the flying Tigers with the Chinese. I think he said he flew the P-40C in the AVG, which no originals exist I think. It was a real thrill to talk with him.

Hi Mike, thanks for your reply. It means a lot. Like I said before your a great pilot and I'm glad you finished your bucket list. The Confederant air force is a great unit, oh excuse me, the Commemorative air force. We should not step on any toes now a days, like gramps would say ha ha. He was a cigar chewing SOB and I'm proud I got to talk to him a little while. Wish I could help a great unit like yours, the CAF now that I'm retired. But your in Texas and I'm in Wisconsin. Can't fly any more without my medical certificate. I'm 65.. just an old man pilot ..I guess. Sure would like to contribute in any way I could to keep the old birds alive....any ideas???

Probably should ask Elon how to solve your refueling problems. No, not really. You should ask your men that do it every day what they would recommend. And listen to them.

So dumb the new AF1 can’t refuel. Even if they take out the system from the old one it’s better than nothing.

When have the two current VC-25 ever been refueled?
@phatkid6811
@phatkid6811 2 ай бұрын
The 46 is simply...stupid. Why? - The AF needs tanking and mobility -- the fact is you can't do both. Tankers need to tank, crap haulers need to haul crap. Pretending they can do both doesn't follow Newton's Laws. You need tankers - and booms in the air. - The 46 is based on a dying platform; it's essentially the "latest in 80s tech". The 135 lasted because it was cutting edge at the time. - The multi-mission stuff -- every time a 46 is hauling cargo and/or medevac it's a boom not available. Sure, I'm going to do a fighter drag from California to Hawaii - throw some pallets on it. But when we get to war - they aren't going to be going point A to B - it's locals. - The virtual boom operator - is probably the dumbest thing. I NEVER lost an AR because my boom operator couldn't do his job. Now, how many missions are canx because of a broken AR position? - The 46 is huge - but provides no additional offload capability. In summary - it's a bunch of stupid 0-5s/6s and E-7-9s who bought into all the gee whiz and whoever was supposed to be "thinking" at AMC were bailing to the airlines.
