So do I understand, you eat 1/2 cup per day for 4 weeks and then go to a maintenance of 2-3 times a week for life?? If you have sufficient acid in the stomach do you need to continue eating L- Reuteri? I don’t mind eating it, just want to know what’s best.

Coconut yogurt • Sanitize jars • 3 cans of Savoy coconut cream • 1.5 teaspoons quar gum • 3 tablespoons sugar • 2 tablespoons raw potato starch • 1 capsule Lactobacillus gassers • 10 BioGaia Gastrus tablets, Fermentation at 106° for 36hrs I use a 6 quart Chef IQ pressure cooker. 4 pint jars. I used to use Trader Joe’s organic cream, but it always look dark and it would get mold on top. Make sure you follow the recipe in Super Gut on the coconut recipe. You have to preheat the coconut cream to 180°, then let it cool down to 100° is what I do. Then I blend the probiotics. I use a Cuisinart handheld blender

Okay, then question I have. I've been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes since I was 17. I was not overweight and I ate fairly healthy. Though my diabetes doesn't just go really high, it also goes really low. So, what's your thoughts on what happened to me?

I dont eat added sugar, my glucose is in the ideal range, my fasting insulin is low. But my A1c keeps teetering on the cusp of prediabetes. Could this be stress? How concerned should I be?

Wow I have most of these. I also have had hirsutism that I’ve had for years. I am prediabetic. Im now following a low carb diet , exercise which I do anyway and healthy eating. My dr gave me metformin but I’m afraid of long term side effects so I’m trying natural ways to lower.

Your video helped me a lot thank you! I was very nervous when my A1c got to 5.7 and i was diagnosed pre-diabetic. I did a lot of research and i went from 5.7 to 4.5 i will be carful and watch what i eat.

55% carbs is not a problem provided the carbs are from whole foods. You can lower your HbA1c while eating a high carb diet too. Here is a study using a whole food plant based diet with probably at least 70% carbs: A Low-Fat Vegan Diet Improves Glycemic Control and Cardiovascular Risk Factors in a Randomized Clinical Trial in Individuals With Type 2 Diabetes ”Excluding those who changed medications, A1C fell 1.23 points in the vegan group compared with 0.38 points in the ADA group (P = 0.01”

rofl.. There are plenty of ways to eat foods that are satiating. The easiest way to test this/check this for YOU as an individual is to get a CGM. They are pretty affordable and easy to use. You can make a journal of those foods that work best for you. KETO alternative choices work nicely for this.

Hi. From time-to-time there situations when I know that I am going to consume something sugary. Is there anything that I can do preemptively like consume a scoop of psyllium husk fiber or ACV to blunt the effects? It nearly impossible for me to avoid any sugar. Thank you.
