Way to much on the price

What is the price today?

Way too many windows! I don’t even know if they’re double painted which they don’t look like so you’re gonna get air through it but this is what in Florida. You’re gonna have issues with this place along the way because of how many windows there are there are way too many for the size. That’s the problem I’ve always had with mine, if I could cover up at least 10 of the 17 I have I’d be fine! I hate the cheap whatever they have in the closets. I’d rather have wood in bars. They can real closet and they can build that mine have that and it’s a 1973 so what the heck are they thinking with a brand new one?

I'm not a fan of this one but I do like Jacobsen Marlin model. It has a decent price too.

I like the idea of a quiet, laid-back town that's an hour or less to a large city. I prefer the quiet life, but it would be nice to have the option to make a day trip to Tampa or Orlando for an afternoon adventure.

This is the thing about Mobile Home aka a Big Mobile payment plus lot rent. Very expensive.

I saw the side mounted garage door opener in a video last week and I was quite intrigued. As for the w/d set-up, it is preferable to a stacked w/d. But .... there is no pantry and only 3 drawers in the kitchen. I also liked the arrangement of the primary bed and bath in the unfinished house better. It seemed roomier. Thanks for the tour. 😊😊😊

It's a very nice home and a very nice presentation. It would be nice if you gave the actual dimensions of the rooms and/or a schematic. The only thing this home lacked was enough drawers in the kitchen. I only saw 6 and I like more, so I csn put more junk in them. lol Other than that it's a really nice layout.
