In this video we tour the Palm Harbor Homes Easton Farmhouse in Florida 2022. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath 2040 square foot 32 x 68 manufactured home. This home is available at the Palm Harbor Homes model center in a Plant City, Florida. This is one of their newest models.
This is an amazing home. It has everything you could want and more. From shiplap, multiple fireplaces and a huge refrigerator to a large back porch, family room and an incredible master suite.
The living room is beautiful, the family room is cozy, the kitchen is huge, the back porch is inviting, but the best feature in this house is the master bathroom. It is like having your very own spa.
This house is so amazing that you will never want to leave home.

All I can say is Wow! This house is beautiful. You are right that bathroom is like a spa. I like the LED lights and floating vanities. I have never seen that before. The Creekside farmhouse was my favorite but this one just took the number one spot. I never would have thought that the creekside could have been made even better. Amazing!

@@modularhomehunters8837 yes, the same here more traditional or modern style for me. But this house seems like it has a little of each in this one house, for me it is the floorplan of the house plus the added bonus of having a den/family. What I do not like is having the three windows in the kitchen & none of them can open, if I could I would opt for a standard size window that I can open insetead. If they can't honor that option, I would not buy the house. This is just my personal opinion there should not be any windows legally especially in a kitchen that is not permitted to open. But other than that this house is perfect!!!

That is a very good point. I never thought about the fact that the windows dont open in the kitchen. I am sure that they could change that. Seems like an easy change.

Sub-Zero Refrigerator! 🙂😀😁 I would add a 2x4 Wall separating the Kitchen/Dinning from the Living Room with French Doors! The Fireplace and TV needs to be separate with Entertainment Center and Book/Dvd Cases!

Nicest Palm Harbor home yet! This house has is indeed upscale. I am in love with this house. I cant think of anything that I would change or add to this house. The price is very reasonable for all of the upgrades.

Insanely nice. Literally the nicest manufactured home ever. I cant even think of one thing that I dont like or would do differently. I love the island countertop, the sink by the sgd and in the laundry room. The spa bathroom is great. Love the Lights in there. Rooms are all good sized. No complaints.

This living room is absolutely amazing and those elongate windows are a major plus and makes the room pop..The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of room to move around comfortably...The paint colors are very bright and really lighten up the home...Loving the above window over the kitchen sink another major plus...Awesome Home Tour Joe as always..Gorgeous Home..🌝🌞🌻🌼☀️🙂

Lots of 'gingerbread" but how is the home built???? When the weather turns severe, how quickly will this place be blown away and how will up hold up for 20-30 years?????

Palm Harbor (and every other builder) must build to HUD, state and local specifications and codes. There is no way around it. Many manufacturers, including Palm Harbor, overbuild. The wind resistance can actually be up to 25% higher than site built homes. Especially modular models. All homes require regular maintenance, of course, which affects their value no matter how they are constructed. Thanks for watching!

Nice to see a floor plan from the start of the video. The den is too close to the kitchen plus living room with no privacy in distance from each other. The fridge is amazingly big enough for a large family. The master bathroom needs more counter space for the lady of the house.

You got the length wrong in the the video description, it's a 30 X 68 not 60. I see you have the correct dimensions in the description though so thanks for that. I know modular/manufactured homes very well so when I first saw it I said to myself _there's no way that's only 60 feet_ Great job on the video, thanks for filming it.
