I can't find the link to the lubricant you used.

I have also found it helps to add some lubricant to the top of the carriage where it tucks under the metal bar. This is also a place where it can gum up. It simply rides leaning against the metal. I cut a swab super short to clean and another to lube. Carriage slides much easier if you do this and the rod.

Hi Dom, I just now realized that the waste pump is what the print head "parks" on when at idle. being an EX automotive tech 30 years ago, that worked on drivability and automatic trans... this work is detail oriented as well.

Hi, my white is showing on the nozzle test but lines are broken. I have flushed the nozzle and it worked for a day and now I’m back to broken lines. Should I replace the print head, I have the l1800?

Regardless of any printer, make sure you can get local printer support. Those little printers, L1800 break within 6 months. Avoid these printers They print slow. I outgrew mine in 3 months. They are not designed to be maintained. The bigger printer in the back, 13 inch, is better and prints 3x the speed with XP-600 print heads. They are more reliable. I outgrew my 13 inch in about 6 months. the 24 inch printer is the most expensive with i3200 heads (1200 usd each and you have 2). They print about 2X the speed of the 13 inch printer. These are more sensitive to temperature and humidity but printers the most detail and fastest with i3200 print heads.
