Thank you. I'm about to order a new main bord and print head as mine all died. But that printer you have with the blue lid, how do you do a strip down on it to get to the capping station and pump as I also need to replace that as well. Many thanks x

Please I need help.my 1390 printer is not working the first green does not come on . I have changed the board and head .the board does not have a bee sound that means its not damaged I can't work it out I was hoping you have come across this problem 😊

Hi. I replaced the print head. I did an extraction with all the dampers and waste ink. I ran a power flush, a head cleaning, and a nozzle check. My L1800 is still not printing. I even put some distilled water in the ink pad and did another waste ink extraction I did another nozzle check. Still I get nothing. What else can I try? Why is it not printing?

Half way through a print, some waste ink squirted from up the cap head, then it stopped printing. after that, only print blank pages. I took out the print head and cleaned it, but even then, only faintly printed only blue (VERY faint). So I ordered a new print head, and again, just printing blank. No in coming through. Can't figure it out!

Same thing happened to me not sure what to do I replace the print head it’s $400
