Hi Dom I have an issue with my R1390 I cleaned my print head recently and when I put it back im getting a red light by the ink button not getting any connection. When I open the app it’s saying ink out

Heyy! I have the procolored L1800 & have been experiencing problems when printing with cyan & magenta. I have been watching your videos & you really know your way around this printer. Hoping you can help! I did a full maintenance on my printer, cleaned the cartidges, the print head, the dampers, etc. My Print head is not clogged. The nozzle checks are perfect. No lines missing but when I print cyan & magenta I get lines in the prints. Any Idea what can be causing this? Would you recommend I get a new print head?

In the print head change video, you said you have replaced 14 print heads for your procolored printers. Where do you buy the print heads from as I have seen them anywhere from $30 to over $400.

Hello! There’s many ways to source print heads, we have 14pin replacement print heads on our website, always buy from a trusted supplier because there’s a lot of “cheaper” refurbished print head out there… Make sure you buy a original and brand new one to avoid issues

What about using a print head cleaning solution to unclog the printhead?

Hi I have a question it's not about print heads but it is about my prints cracking and peeling really quick like within a day of 2. I'm not sure what I might be doing wrong or if it's the products I'm using. I'm using the R-1390. Please i really need some help I am wanting to start an apparel decoration company but cant use dtf for it if its not up to standard. Cheers :)

Hi, my white is showing on the nozzle test but lines are broken. I have flushed the nozzle and it worked for a day and now I’m back to broken lines. Should I replace the print head, I have the l1800?

Actually it did not need to be replaced, I took a part my print head and put the manifold only in a sonic cleaner. It was able to purge out the cold in my white nozzles and I’m back printing again.
