When I went to prison I when to CRAF (Central Recreational Assessment Facility) You waited there to see a board that decided witch of many state prisons they were going to send you to do your time. My cell was 4W×10L FT. 2 people Bunk bed, Toliet sink. 24HR Lockdown 1 Week shower. In Summer time with 0 AC..IT WAS HELL

Tip for my fellow apartment dwellers: if like me, you live in a apartment building and cant even burn a candle without setting off the smoke detectors, this is a alternative way to sage. Purches a spray bottle that is made for home cleaning purposes, a small package of fresh (yes it dose have to be fresh) sage, a small package of rosemary, and some sea salt. Place the sage , rosemary, and a couple of pinches of the salt into the bottle. Fill the bottle with hot clean water. Leave set in direct sunlight for a day. Spray all corners of your home ; same as you would 'smudge' with sage smoke. You could also add a piece of palo santo too if you like. The mixter smells great and holds fresh for about two weeks. It works great against pesky negative supernatural energies.
