Hey in regards to the Chasity portion of the law. I think it holds importance in situations where the child is tricking the adult into thinking things are legal. I've heard of a few cases where the girl admits to detectives that they tricked the guy, but because how the law is written, the guy is still arrested and goes through everything until a judge ultimately decides the final fate. And we can't just assume all kids will look like kids and because kids these days don't look or act like kids sadly.

It takes a special kind of stupid to start an affair with a man who is married with children, and to actually believe him when he says he plans to get a divorce. I know she was underage, but that's STILL pretty stupid. Even Hellen Keller could have seen that he just wanted to "fuoco". I can't even lie to my wife about the tiniest, most innocuous things, without her finding out. "Honey, I thought you said you were on a diet. Why were you sneaking oreos out of the pantry?" "I only had ONE." "You had FOUR. The package was moved slightly, and the floor was wet from when you tried to wipe the crumbs off the floor". I swear, I can't sneak ANYTHING past her!
