The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act) is a legislation passed by the Indian Parliament to ensure the safety and protection of women at their workplaces. The act aims to prevent and protect women from sexual harassment at the workplace and to provide an effective redressal mechanism in case of such harassment.
The act applies to all women employees, including permanent, temporary, contract or trainees, and covers all workplaces, whether in the public or private sector, and even includes any private dwelling where a woman may be employed for domestic work.
Under the POSH Act, all employers are required to set up an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to investigate complaints of sexual harassment. The ICC is required to have a minimum of four members, including at least one external member who is an expert in the field of sexual harassment.
The act also provides for a District Officer to be appointed in every district to monitor the implementation of the act and to provide support to the aggrieved women.
The act provides for a detailed procedure for filing complaints, investigating the complaints, and taking appropriate action against the accused. The act also provides for penalties for non-compliance with the provisions of the act, which include fines and imprisonment.
Overall, the POSH Act aims to create a safe and secure working environment for women, where they can work with dignity and respect, free from any form of harassment.

There is no punishment for such women as far as I know. Our laws are heavily biased towards women only.

Respected brother Urgent Help me please reply 🙏🏽. An old woman with whom I have a property case in court. That woman has no legal right to my property. The same woman made a false will of my property in the name of a lawyer. Maybe that lawyer did it on purpose. Because the lawyer wants to grab my property. Actually there is no property in the name of that woman in revenue department revenue records. Registration of will also done in non-district. Now the matter should be registered with the police or a case in the court.

Please consider once ----------------❤--------------- Mostly clauses and provisions are seems unilateral for female in this act. Because, why should be granted leave to aggrieved ??, instead of shuffling her work place ?, In case of any unwelcomed instance ? . This is the money of tax payers , no one has right to misuse like this . Besides this female Govt's employees are being awarded by CCL for 2 years with paid leave , by all the state governments and central government why ????, who will bear this baseless economic burden ??, without work how can we paid them money of tax payers . If they can facilitate like this, then why shouldn't facilitate each and every female of this country ???? like this, are they not the daughters of India ???, afterall why this appeasement is being made ??? and how long it will go last ??. There should be amendments in such kind of laws and it should be made rationalised. That's why, I am shouting since long that WE WANT PURUSH AAYOG ....❤

Oh my god oh my god, posh comitte members priya vasundhara and another male , they all took detailed information about the issue, later called up their chomus in politikal party , the party workers abused even more along with iskcon temple watchmen, bus conductors drivers hostel watchmen roadside vendors shop keepers etc, plus they got paid also for such things. Oh my god oh my god oh my god , thats why in india, make chomus in politkal parties , thats more important , all these things are trash , reality is different , politkal babuas lead the most happiest life on this planet , abuse plus money -' that is their reality btw they have fixed cakeras also a5 my house , few hundredss of people are sent for me by the same company which i use to work for, the petlingeswara babu has to save his company, so he called up his chomu and ordered whom to harass , they ard doing it since 5 6 years , they have taken a pledge they will do it till brotish doesnt invade india again , bengaluru is like don of such activities, and they comtrol person all over the world
