Home gym is the way to go. One time my underwear was crushing my groin on the rower. I just ripped off my shorts and underwear and put my shorts back on and hit the rower hard. Cant do that in a commercial gym

This is great, very similar to knee rehab exercises for when someone has done their ACL. Or prehab in fact, which is the stage I am at. Will incorporate some of these into my program today. On the sumo deadlift, you think it will place too much force on the meniscus (i have a tear). And for the step down, does this have impact on the meniscus?

Yes, these can be used as part of a rehab or prehab program. The meniscus is unlikely to be provoked as the angle of the knee is still relatively open. I would be more concerned about the deep knee bend in the split squat. All exercises should be performed pain free. You may need to limit the load, range or both and build up gradually. If you are currently in pain, it’s always a good idea to work with a professional in person. Every body and every injury are different. Good luck with your rehab! 👊🏼

@@FarmacareHealth riddle me this - so I feel a sort of crunching sensation when my knee is in full extension. As in, when flexing the quad and fully locking out, I feel like there is a meniscus and bone crushing of sorts happening. Is that actually what is happening you think?
