With the music and artwork, I wanted to capture the emotional and philosophical depth of Blade Runner 2049, focusing on Agent K’s journey. The music reflects the contrast between his machine-like duty and his inner feelings about identity, love, and having a soul. I tried to show both the cold precision of his life and his human-like longing for connection. The artwork’s diffuse, hazy look is meant to represent how thoughts and emotions are intangible, just out of reach, mirroring K’s own struggles. The goal was to express the tension between duty and individuality, the fleeting nature of thoughts, and the bittersweet hope of reaching for something that feels unattainable. - Chris

I love this, the look is so good. You have the cool as hell futuristic car, looks charger-like. The stoic guy in the jacket and a beautiful city, semi hidden in fog. I love to zone out to this artwork and let the mind just relax and then I crashed out and slept, :)

I think you're still in Blade Runner mode here chief. The pads are ok but the stand out instrument is called a duduk. That's the key to the Dune films.

Thanks for your feedback. For the two Dune tracks (CHANI kzbin.info/www/bejne/h5WZhHVugK2Nhtk) I used a modified flute instrument with an extreme reverb. The flute is obviously not an Armenian duduk. Apart from the fact that I don't have the musical understanding to use a duduk properly, for me that would be a clumsy imitation of the feel of the original. And also far too dominant in the foreground for ambient music as I imagine it. The main instrument that I use for Blade Runner is more like a trumpet.

Too much ambient is very mono tonal and they bore me more than relax me and they loop which I hate. This is much better, I can chill to this.
