Hey, found a comment on fc-moto that got me worried if if rains. Is this something that you can verify? Bought 2 of this helmet from FC-Moto, one for myself and another for a friend. Both of us have been using the helmet for about 2 months now. A disappointment compared to its predecessor the RPHA 90S carbon. Pros : a much nicer and more "aerodynamic" shaped, Padding is comfortable enough for long distance rides, didn't feel much wind buffeting for myself as I had a relatively high windshield on my bike. Could say the same for my other friend who was riding a naked bike. Cons : wind noise is so much noisier if you are riding a naked bike without a windshield. My friend compared it to his AGV K6 and that was significantly quieter according to him. Locking mechanism for the chin bar gets stuck a fair bit if you try to lift it up at times. Deal breaker 1 : I come from a tropical country and we experience quite a bit of rain and they get especially heavy during the monsoon season, initially it was only my friend that experienced this at first but later on I did as well, water seems to seep in from the top of the helmet hence soaking your balaclava if you are wearing one. This came as a surprise and also makes one frustrated. No one enjoys riding with a wet spongy lid. And before you ask, yes we did close all the air vents on the helmets prior to riding through the rain. Tested this 2-3 times during a couple of my rainy rides and I couldn't find the cause of it. Deal breaker 2: The pin lock is probably a tad bit bigger than it should be as mine warped on one side thus causing the pinlock to almost fall off. Apparently the same issued was faced by my friend. So the likelihood of a user issue on installing the pin lock visor is unlikely plus it isnt the first I'm installing one on a helmet. Had 5 other helmet prior that required installation of ppnlock of which 3 of them were hjc helmets and have not come across this issue. So in conclusion avoid this helmet till HJC fixes the issues it has. And probably do a better job at it's customer service.

This🙄, Think of the Canyon as a 3 wheeled Jeep because just like that vehicle 85% of the owners do not go off road EVEN the ones specifically designed for it. I agree with you the Canyon is an enigma but whether there is a future for it is to be determined by the buying public as a whole. Please remember Can Ams are sold GLOBALLY not just in the hills of your West Virginia. The Canyon does not "compete" with the Pan America or Africa Twin but with its Linx system it is far more versatile than both combined and many of its components are top of the line even though, It is set up for lite off roading which is accurately what the pictures you detest so much depicts. On appearance I'm going all in that you are a red blooded patriotic American "Harley man" right? Welp the motorcycle was invented by two Germans that shoved a ICE into the frame of a bicycle and even some of the most modern Harleys has Chinese parts in it ( research it before replying😊) Look, MOST at the time thought the idea of a gas powered "bicycle" was stupid yet it is 2024 and here we are. Actually, if anybody should be pissed it is the pedal powering bicyclists because big backs require the aid of a 1340 cc engine to get around while cyclist ARE the engine😅. The roads ( and dirt roads😊) don't belong to you or me champ, never did and never will they belong to everybody and averybody that can get their knees in the breeze deserves to do so on the vehicle of THEIR choice without YOUR approval. I've ridden in 9 countries on both two AND 3 wheels in the last 62 years and by far and without equal North Americans SPECIFICALLY U.S. Americans let the legitimacy of Can Ams live in their heads rent free and forTHE life of me I don't know why, can you make any of it make sense? Nuff said. Take care. 😊

The version 1 bike was awesome! I was going to put a deposit down but my gut told me to chill out and wait. I’m glad I did and I appreciate your channel for bringing this out. That second version is but ugly. I’m out.

First time watching your channel. I love your sense of humor. I get it, it’s super non practical and ugly as crap. Have to say though, the can am spyders serve a purpose and there are plenty of riders that own both motorcycles, 2 wheeled and three wheeled. They normally choose the 3 wheeler for many reasons, more room for the wife, physical reasons, a good ride without the extra attention to riding details etc. In many states a motorcycle is defined as having two or three wheels so there’s that. At the end of the day if someone enjoys it who cares what others have to say. From a former Road King rider, I’m torn between a spyder, a road glide limited and a Pan America. Stay safe!

I went with a different USA suspension company 2 weeks ago and I’m not feeling the benefits. I’m still working on fine tuning but it’s not looking good. Shocks shouldn’t need to be fine tuned to feel any improvement. Thankfully the return policy is top notch. If I end up returning them I’ll be stuck with stock until I can test ride other brands. ALL other companies don’t allow returns once installed. Which now ties my hands. Enjoyed the video. And subscribed!!!
