The best way to do it is just wait. Let somebody buy it not ride it. I just did the same thing bought a 2023 with 2500 miles black for $16,000 It’s a lot of bike for that money. For anybody that says I stole the bike that’s all the money. The banks are willing to loan on that exact bike if dealers have that bike that’s all they’re asking for it. The people that own these Harleys trying to sell them use need to get a clue your bikes are not worth what you think.

I'm hearing about a 2k price increase. I think Harley figures at this point the only people left buying their junk are going to continue to buy it at any price. My local Harley dealer still has at least one brand new 2022 model in stock, quite a few 2023's and lots of 2024's.

To be fair apples apples would be comparing the scout to the nightster. FTR vs Sportster. Btw wearing harley gear while reviewing and indian bike seems very biased 😅

Now nightstar vs scout (apples to apples) would be sensible, and your points would be pretty much moot. It's being what it's meant to be a performance cruiser, which the sportster is not.

@@ceelojaycee718 the Nightster and the Sportster S are in the same model family, they are different trim levels similar to the Scout 60 vs the 101 Scout. The 101 Scout and the Sportster S are the top of their respective families. They come in at the same price point, they are within reach of each others ride height, TFT screen, weight, wheel base, horse power, and target audience. The FTR literally means Flat Track Racer and lives in it's own category. I wouldn't line an FTR up against a Harley because Harley doesn't have an answer for the FTR, same with the Harley Pan America not having an Indian response. The issue here is Indian fans love to talk about how Indian is better than Harley but this time it just didn't swing their way.

@@BikesBeardsAndBrews FTR is not a true flat track bike, it's FT inspired but it's definitely a naked bike. If you go by what these companies actually label their bikes sure the FTR is a flat track and the Sporter S is a cruiser, you should know better. This is directly from rider magazine "The Sportster S carves out another niche in the market, appealing to a different sort of buyer: those who want a light, powerful, sophisticated American-made V-Twin. That sounds a lot like the Indian FTR S, the Sportster S’ closest competitor. Both are powered by liquid-cooled, DOHC, 60-degree V-Twins that make about 120 horsepower (factory claims). Let's keep it real man, nightstar vs scout is definitely more apples to apples and so is the FTR VS Sporter S.

@@ceelojaycee718 you're using a reviewers opinion to solidify your argument, that's not happening, I default to everything I said above. Just like when the previous air cooled sportster line was compared to the liquid cool scout line and the scouts blew the wheels off those sportsters, that was still the comparable family lines. You won't find any Indian guys rolling in to defend the sporsters because they were different. The Nightster, Nightster Special and Sportster are the same family and unfortunately specs wise Indian takes the L here. Take comfort in the fact that the Challenger still smokes the Road Glide stock. from the floor

I used to love Harleys, and I still love the old ones. But the new ones are disgustingly overpriced and unreliable. Not to mention that the people running Harley are garbage.

WTAF are they thinking. it needs a centre mounted gas cap in the cowl ( just one. too easy ) a speedo/ tach that's not from the 70's, same as the tank stickers, not from the 70's..fuel gauge maybe in the cowl, design the swingarm like a big boys bike ( maybe alloy , not that expensive if all the japs bike can do it ) , the one on the softtails looks like its from a WLA, adjustment in the forks, these rubbish must be the cheapest one HD could find in TEMU..? and fuck, just send me a blank piece of paper and ill fix the bloody thing so it looks & handles like a HARLEY F DAVIDSON

1000% agree! I’d however buy a Scout Classic. I do like how the 101 is more cruiser than the Sportster S, but I really like the classic style and chromed out version of the Classic. My gripe with Indian is always the finishings. There’s always some little things that are off like the Indian batching popping off the tank and switches that are really plastic feeling. My scout I had was super reliable though and was a great bike. Love my Harleys much more though

@ except that damn engine, she fugly…that was a huge mistake. The old one just looked and felt more quality built. The new one looks like it’s plastic AF and cheap, which is a disservice to the rest of the bike. The Scouts and Chiefs are awesome bikes, but details matter.

"Leaked" implies data/info/images released in an unauthorized manner without the company's consent, that wasn't shown in this video. Reveal/ed/ing is something a company does when they release new information/products etc that were previously secret, that also wasn't shown in this video. Harley has not revealed anything relating to a new Road Glide Limited. Easter egg? Possibly. I hope a Limited is revealed at some point, but nothing in the video is Harley revealing a RGL. Again, clickbait title.

All offense, no due respect, but your personality is a charisma black hole so ain't no one gonna try and make nice with ya' in the first place. The biggest trap anyone can fall into is the "Pose Of Authenticity". It's always ironic that a supposed lifestyle based on personal freedoms from the norms of society is filled to the brim with close minded gate keepers who just can't help but push our faces into how much they think everyone else should be just like them. THIS BTW is the other side of why motorcycling is dying in the USA after price and service issues. The "Bike Culture" sees a very, very, very narrow slice of riders as "authentic": the street and track day Rossis living the sport bike/high powered naked bike life, rowdies on crotch rockests squidding (Ironically enough STILL more legit than other types of folks to the Gatekeep's eyes.) the weekend Dentist Harley Riders and then actual committed Motorcycle Club/Gangsters. And... People just come in a wider array of flavors. Look at how even pro reviews sometimes stick it to Adventure Bike riders. All this does is makes anyone halfway interested in biker life to go "This subculture is not only limited in what it accepts as authentic, but I don't see any variety in style or approach that fits me." Surprise, surprise... Biking and bike sales are dying a slow death.

I agree with the colors that are coming out for 2025. I can tell you this. The bags are going to be even on both side. Since they went a 2-1 exhaust. Along with the same gauge up top. Different hand switches with possible ride modes. Oh one more thing. The option of chrome engine trim. Just wait….the blue one.

all new bikes are getting the vvt style cam cover. I doubt the softails are getting vvt or centercooling. Also, the 2-1 looks like a screaming eagle optional exhaust, which existed for the current generation softails and no one purchased. "bold new colors" is basically what we're getting.

Harley is doing something with their sportster lineup because they don’t have any on the website right now. I imagine the S is getting a new look or being replaced with something more traditional, but with just as much power. It’s important to Harley that they keep the “performance” aspect of that S model. Even as it stands, I would choose the Harley just for the extra performance. If I’m buying a “muscle” cruiser for “go fast” then why would I buy the heavier, less powerful bike? Doesn’t make any sense.

Mystic Shift is absolutely gorgeous. I wish the Purple Denim had a little bit more undertone to it. A few years ago, they had a green denim that had some gold in it (I have the helmet, so I've looked at it a bit). That would be awesome with the purple. But then, I'm a bit of a metal flake nut.

Prediction: They'll axe the Standard and the 107.Leave the SB at the 114 with updated controls, gauge (MAYBE), same for the FB plus LED lights or sum shii. Throw the 117 High Output in the Breakout with the updates including LED lighting, and give the heritage all of the upgrades with a 114 and make it 24k.

I do agree the colors are dope this year! I wish they would do the top-loading bags on the ST like they do on the Heritage, the side-loading bags would drive me insane. Going two into one exhaust also gives them extra space. My only gripe on the ST is I hate that little digital display, I wish they would put the digital gauge like the Sportster S had on the Low Rider S and ST. I love what Indian did on the Scout and Chiefs with the Digital Display.

The bikes will not be sold to other countries because of tarrifs on botg facilities. Basically its sold where its made no big deal. Harley started in a shack. I am confident they don't mind building a new one in another country.
