I reached out to Tony Franklin on Facebook years ago and he responded! He's such a great guy and I had to tell him how much I loved his talent. Paul Rodgers played once in Lulu's Roadhouse in Kitchener, Ontario and I swear I met someone there who, to this day, I believe was Robert Plant. I can't confirm it, but he did buy me a drink and gave me a scrawled autograph. Good times!

Please' no body can ever sing queen like Freddie . Freddie Mercury is and always will be queen. John Deacon was right any other singer is fake queen. If Roger John and Brian would have continued without a front man it would have been queen. Freddie"s vision and talent made queen. these are just wana bees cashing in on Freddie's songs. And I believe nothing went threw without Freddie's ok. He was more then the lead singer, he was the beginning and end of queen. Roger and Brian and John could have went on as queen. They all sang and had great voices especially brian.so everybody else can kick rocks. never try to replace Freddie his true fans won't let.

bad company were good, but free were superb. Just listen to fire and water and highway lps, not a single mediocre song. The nearer you get to the early 70´s music, the better. Those were the good years, keep listening to that music and you will be on the right track(on lps of course) greetings from down south Barcelona.
