the first release of the supra celica (blue and orange) was recalled from auto world... they told their distributors to throw them away and not sell them. So they are very hard to find. Thus very few were sold.

The HW Premium DeTomaso Pantera GTS is Not Bad, have the Gulf Version with the Hauler, sadly its bigger than 1/64, i have the Para64 Versions too, the yellow, the black and the red/matt black. Yes they are more expensive, but true 1/64 and nicely detailed. 😃

Hey Mig, Shows how far we are behind in the UK, this M2 blue Squarebody G10 van, has only just shown up here. At £12, without delivery its not cheap either. I will switch the base out for the c/cams 4x4 version base, as its a bit low for my liking. £12 is a bit steep, even for the UK, but its one I really wanted, along with the sweethearts version, that I have yet to find.

Like I said earlier, I have both the Colony Park and the Country Squire. I bought them both in 2023. I will tell you I'm very happy with the quality, especially for the low price. I don't have any of the issues posted by the other commenter's. They both are great additions to my collection. Most of the issues the other posters have are so minor, you can't even see them when on display in my room. I'm very happy to have them. I'm always searching for more of these because there are always new ones available. I only collect American cars, I usually pick the cars that were game changers, either in design and style, big sellers and the ones that really turned my head. I even have an exact replica of my very first car, a 1969 black on black Mustang Mach I. Every time I drove it, it was like the very first time. After owning it for several years I would just sit and stare at it. I liked everything about it. I have had several Mustangs over the years and I really like the current model years. But no other car has done it for me like my Mach I. As much as I wish I still had it, I feel lucky to have had it while I was younger. I drove that 69 on several cross country road trips. Pulling in to gas stops back east would always draw a crowd of guys that had never seen one in real life.

Hey, how's it going? I enjoyed your review of this 1989 Mercury Marquis Colony Park wagon. You sounded just like me while you were describing this Colony Park. I also collect 1:18 diecast model cars, they are my most prized possessions. I'm also a Ford man, and I love the full-size Ford Motor Company wagons. I was lucky to find both the 89 1:18 Colony, it's dark brown metallic, and I have the 89 Ford Country Squire. It's light blue. They are both from Greenlight and I think all of Greenlight's cars are very well done. They do cut some corners with actual detail, but they more than make up for it with the cars they offer. In real life I owned a 1975 Colony Park wagon. It was white with light tan interior. A 9 passenger, with every available option including ATC. It was a 460 with a Motorcraft 4300 4 barrel carburetor. It had great power. It moved that big wagon at highway speeds and could climb the steep grades of the High Sierras with power to spare. I still love that wagon and would love to have a 75 Colony Park in my collection but I cant find one. I have been looking for a 1:18 scale 1964 through 1966 Chrysler Imperial, I really want one of those. Again, I did own a 66 Crown that I loved. It was silver with silver cloth interior with black leather trim. I have never been able to find one of those. I see them online, but all show as sold out. 1:18 is my favorite scale, but I do feel see 1:43 and 1:64 scale 75 C. Ps, and Imperial s but I can't get myself to go with the smaller scales. I feel that you and I share the same appreciation for cars both the diecasts and the real things. I did subscribe to your site and will be checking it frequently. BTW, my name is Bill Maceri. If you have any thoughts on of to find the cars I mention above I'm all years. Thanks again for your excellent review of the 89 Colony Park.

They make the best diecastcars in 1/64. Every car is highly detailed, paintjob is awesome and real alloy wheels.
@wasiel75Ай бұрын
@@stefanthegerman3575 first of all it is not 1/64 scale, every kaido model with the exception of the silverado is scaled up, all the trims and spoilers used on these models have no real equivalent and look like a juvenile tuner's wet dream, I understand that they may appeal to a group of very young collectors collecting early hot wheels premium and wanting something better made than the hw, and this is exactly the target kaido, exaggerated bodykit and wheels .... to me it looks like a caricature of a very often classic car model with which it has only been disfigured ....

I missed out on the classic adds suburban, but I did manage to get hold of a orange Smokey the Bear version. I might remove the Smokey decals, as I love orange, and I would rather have this one, than the Classic adds one. I may pick a classic adds one up on the secondary market, as like you, I love this casting. The blue wagon looks good without the paneling, its something I have toyed with doing, but never got around to. I love wagon/estates as we call them, along with vans they are my fav, but I did get a great HW 70 Chevelle SS in gold this week, for just 99p, the thing that surprised me, is that its all metal, a bargain for the price. Is this gold version with the black stripes, the only mainline version with a metal base?, as I have never seen another.

The side NACA ducts and split rear bumper with a chill in between , where the rest of the bumlercwpuld have been , the way the tailpipe, two om either side wrapped ed in metal cover and rbe way it forms a Y as it rises higher than on a 308 towards underneath the rear bumber

Just some quick info: The Limited Regal was available with the 3.8L SFI Turbo V6 as well. I had a 1987 GN, and my older brother found a white Limited with a 50/50 split bench leather front seat in gray, with a column shifter as well as the Landau Top option. It shared the same aluminum rims of the 3.8L SFI Turbo V6 T-Type.
