DR did a really good job, but when it really mattered, he folded left Ke a cheap tent. MR has the ability to pick the worst starting QBS. He started Jeff Sims, when he was a bust, he switched to HH. Why he put Jeff Sims in the Minnesota game, instead of the third string QB, I will never understand. If the Offensive Line coach, was better, maybe Nebraska would be 7-2? Yet, we are again looking at another 5-7 season. Maybe if HH starts on Saturday, we can win the 6th game. I honestly could careless. If the AD fires MR, the booster’s are only on the hook for ~$3Million. If the AD puts the next coach under a performance based contract, with no buyout clause, maybe NEBRASKA can finally find a coach that is hungry. Just my two cents.

Passing teams in the Big Ten can win without a running game as long as they have a dominant defense and very good special teams.

I'm still a Matt Rhule fan and follower but when we went from a winning team to a team that seemed to forget how to win and offense just to get a little stake and in his post game presser he reminded me of me and my partner in crime after the game which we lost and (we had a perfect record my Senior year). 0-9. and as we're in a hurry to get back to the car and the cooler and do myCoordinator job decide where the beer party was and I hate to say this but Sattts after the game attitude was a lot like mine and I wasn't a coach . He just kind of has a oh what the hell attitudo Everyone of us have made mistakes, fortunately we weren't coaching at the UN . Obviously Rhule saw something inSatt that nobody else did Following the pres conferences after the games never showed me signs of him being a great OC when he lost to Indiana his attitude showed between nothing and less than nothing I don't see what waiting till after the season is over going to gain ,My Coach,My Corhuskers, and the fans like myself Cutting the rope sends the rightmessages😊😊😊😊😊to the players Satt had the reins to calling 😊😊 which also is his job to motivate his players to be a head of the aposing defenses and from the cheap seats where I sit I didn't see the kind of motivation that you have. Coach Rhule, you are still the man. On Monday you got coach on board that will help you right the ship. Firing Coaches and friends is never easy. The sooner you get it over with the better I would think that these young men that are coaching football and life will 😊apriciate youandrespect you. YOU ARE THE MAN. GBR

Great! We have to hope USC or Wisconsin is MORE FUGGED UP THAN WE ARE in order for us to get a win. We just can't beat a "good" team, so we have to hope they are screwed up too! Way to go in year 2, Rhule!

How many rebuilding years does he get? How many years of football coaching does he have under his belt?? Keep that same hateful energy for CU towards your team. CU does not make excuses when they loss. Skoooooo Buffs!

People must realize when you talk about Nebraska doesn't throw the ball we run run that's those the old days Nebraska needs to get out of that and on top of that Nebraska never had a quarterback like this that can throw the ball play NFL quarterback they have one now and they have the receivers if you don't have good pass protection you too busy running around and scrambling I'm trying to find somebody open so they have to focus on that office in line and that defensive line because that defensive line did not have any past protection with the last games they lost they just all the games they lost they just got picked apart because the quarterback was allowed to sit back there and throw the ball any quarterback that is allowed to sit back there and have that kind of time will eat you up I don't care who it is that's what happened with Nebraska the offensive line in the defensive line is the key to going to the top of the conference into National Championships it starts right there they have to be with the mold people back in both through people and around people Nebraska doesn't have that and you see the results because of that play the bad play with the quarterback you see the bad play with the running backs starts with the line but Nebraska cannot be one-dimensional run our past Nebraska has to have a balanced attack 50/50 pass and run when you have that you going to have championships if you just run a past team will shut that down and you in trouble Nebraska did that with Florida in 1995 and beat them 50 something to what 10 Nebraska needs a balanced attack in any smart educated coach will tell you that

A major review of head injuries was published in 1870. The pathology of head injury was known in the 19th century. The germ theory of disease, antiseptic surgery, anesthesia, etc. were well established by 1905. It is true that medical training varied considerably then, but I think most would recognize a concussion as such.

Nebraska likes getting problem dogs with unknown genetics from animal rescue, rather than paying top dollar for a great dog with several generations free of defects from a top breeder, because that's the NebraskaNice(TM) way to do things, plus it ensures that we'll have year after year of huge vet bills.
