Cold be hand and heart and bone And cold be sleep under stone: Never more to wake on stony bed Never, till the sun fails and the moon is dead In the black wind the stars shall die And still on gold here let them lie Till the dark lord lifts his hand Over dead sea and withered land When the winter first begins to bite And stones crack in the frosty night When pools are black and trees are bare It is evil in the wild to fare To lay down my will upon the Land, Lugbúrz No sound disturbs this place of blackened souls This winter walls of stone and ice behold thy might Again I'm kneeling down to hear these strange tunes of war Night, oh beloved night, your wisdom floats into my mind And forms my thoughts of Middle-Earth To build up a new mighty empire Mighty empire When the winter first begins to bite And stones crack in the frosty night When pools are black and trees are bare It is evil in the wild to fare

Combining Arcenstone and Morthond to one track is genius! Evilfeast is my top best artist, all of his albums resonate with my soul so perfectly that if I could write music, I would write it just like that. Genius!

Somewhere in my lifetime i need to see this performed live. I imagine this with an strong orchestra with heavy cello's and dancing. As part of some global mega summoning tribute :)

Easily the best song for the tribute album, and most were bangers.

Fucking in love with these tribute songs, but with that being said I do wish they were available on spotify or something similar, though I doubt that'd be possible due to whatever bs rules most music streaming services have in place

Grunts and screams are necessary in black metal, otherwise It loses power and darkness
@turpasauna Жыл бұрын
I have to agree with this. I like both of the artists and am familiar with MO's way of making music but this...this is not bm anymore. It's well executed, but has nothing to do with the overall genre (very little metal elements as well).

I like to point people to this sort of stuff when people say Black metal is just blast beats and screaming.

I'm so happy for Steven realized there, he wanted to reassemble. Just said it in an recent interview. Like, days in Royal Albert Hall, which pinnacle could have topped that. I'm so happy for his integrity to himself and his art. It means a certain frustration, for not getting into mainstream, but everything happened for a reason.
