Yes, that is the Mirtazapine withdrawal. Long story short, I dropped three pills down my sink and ran out. Everything you said and abnormal liver function tests is how it is for me. I'm seeing a new doctor to help me taper off. I get my refill tomorrow.

If there is fat in your stool, it’s due to a lack of bile. Bile emulsifies fat to allow your body to absorb it. Bile is also what kills bad bacteria (SIBO). Since you stated you had your gallbladder removed, you need to supplement with TUDCA or ox-bile due to a lack of bile. To understand more about what I’m explaining search for the KZbin video “kick it naturally no gallbladder”. Your problems are easily resolvable.

I was diagnosed in 2017 with IBS but haven't had my gallbladder taken out. I find i have my good days & bad days regarding the diarrhea, always getting bloated. Yet sometimes my stomach just feels off for a few days where im feeling sick, bloated & diarrhea. What you described as electric shocks happens to me. im not going back, il deal with itch dont care.

I made the mistake of substituting my hydroxyzine with diphenhydramine (benadryl) and have ended up with (at least) acute kidney injury and a physical dependence. The withdrawal has been very unpleasant, but one single hydroxyzine seems to get me through about 24 hours. The worst part is the way it affects my mood, I have very little patience when I'm going through it. Also I've got a similar thing with gut bacteria, but mine is due to antibiotic use. They were for legitimate infections, but I ended up using a pretty strong one that really did a number on me. My grandmother is in the hospital with c.diff right now as a direct consequence from taking antibiotics.

Wait until you experience the withdrawal from trazadone. It's one of the worst withdrawals known to man. 20 years on trazadone and now coming off but it's a nightmare.
