I love the mandrel holder may I ask where you got it? And any clue as the gal on tube that makes a tool for easy bending?

I made my mandrel holder.. I just welded on two bars that fit into my small little harbor freight anvil... I have seen the gal that shows that tool to bend rings (it's a ring bender/for spoon rings an other rings).. I think it looks great! I would totally buy one if I didn't just find ti easier to heat and bend it myself... that's the only difference... I just am cheap and don't mind doing it myself ;o)

Is it toxic to silver plated spoons should you wear a mask? That’s my question.

Probably ... I have a vent hood fan that I use to vent any fumes away from me and it's strong. So, if you're in an area that is not vented (ourside) or you don't have a hood like mine, wear a mask.
