Thank you! Great info. My child wants to know how they close so fast. We heard about the mechanism happening after those hairlike structures get stimulated, but curious about how it closes so quickly.

I found that when the soil is over saturated in water if you put a tissu paper under (and it touch the soil) then the water is transfert to it. Easier than changing the soil but it won't dry it completly

Great video, thanks for the info! Is there anything to do to help the plant if it has those brown scabs you talked about? I just got one of these plants and I see brown scabs here and there just like in your video. Thanks again :)

Absolutely wonderful presentation! I must admit, I'm a bit envious of all the amazing varieties you have. I recently saw the pink variegata type being sold commercially in Korea, and it was truly astonishing! The way they showcase the new pink sprouts makes them look like flowers. Such creativity in presentation!

I have so many questions! Wish I could send pics! I have a plant I found in my apt trash room that I bought back to amazing health! It's huge now. It looks like 3 of these varieties! Is that possible?

My jade is seemingly dying. I went to repot it and found little tan centipede like worms in the soil!! I removed all the soil and reported. Now we wait.

I bought a grow light (not even a very good one) and several leaves turned rough & bumpy with big brown patches on them. I read it could be sunburn or fertilizer. But I use diluted fish fertilizer which I thought wouldn’t do that. Also when I put the grow light in, I did 1 hr on 1st day, 2 hrs on 2nd day, 4 hours on 3rd & 4th day, then 6 hours, 8, and now 10. Did I acclimate too fast?

She also said "keep the soil moist" and then she said "let the plant dry out completely before watering" I had to watch it twice to make sure that's what she said....😢
