Namaste 🙏 from the sacred soil of the Indian subcontinent. I am deeply grateful for your wonderful videos-they are a treasure of knowledge and inspiration. Your work has been immensely helpful for learners like me, and I cannot thank you enough for the effort you put into creating such meaningful content. I humbly seek your guidance on something I find a bit challenging. I am here for one request The third tone is in Mandarin. Specifically, I struggle to understand how to read sentences with two, three, or even four third tones. It would mean the world to me and many others if you could kindly create a detailed video covering all aspects of the third tone in such cases. Your kind help and expertise would be a great blessing to learners like me, and I would be forever grateful for your support. I'll be very happy for considering this request. Thank you ---
Great vlog. I really enjoyed it. Lisbon looks like a cool place to visit. I hope you can do more vlogs like this. The audio quality for me seems a bit off in some parts of the video.

I understand almost 100% of what Suqing says but only 80% of what Meiling says. It is a challenge for me to understand all the speech styles. Love it ❤❤❤❤❤

I find it a little bit rich and ironic that you two complain about high house rental prices and higher prices in general. One important reason for this is that some many rich Chinese kids are driving the prices up. The best example is Vancouver.
@acupofchineseАй бұрын
We are not rich. Not every Chinese person is rich. So there’s nothing ironic about what we said. Inflation is happening in the world and everyone is experiencing it.

I agree with you 老师. I'm Australian and it's not the fault of the teachers in the video that housing prices are high here.
Thank you very much for this great content, stories or narratives like this are great materials practice listening mandarin, my suggestion is, you can create random unscripted stories using everyday words to help practice our listening mandarin. Love it ❤❤❤❤❤

Your videos are really good, they'd be even better without the pinyin.
謝謝您, 我喜歡! Once I reached HSK 4 level reading, I read an article all about this topic and the benefits and facts that were in the article made me switch to drinking hot water and I'll never go back.

I find the pinyin very helpful. I guess it depends on where you are on your Chinese language journey. I drink hot water every morning first thing…..after I run it through ground coffee beans.

Thank you. It would be helpful for the users of reading software if you didn’t include the pinyin in the Chinese CC subtitles. 非常感谢🙏

I added another caption "Chinese Simplified", which has no pinyin.
@OlmoLungring2 ай бұрын
@@acupofchinese Thank you but unfortunately that doesn`t work since it messes with the reader and it downloads the pinyin as well. An alternative could be to add the pinyin together with the English subtitles (if you really need to add pinyin) and label just one Chinese (Simplified) to be recognized by reader software in general (LingQ, Language Reactor, etc)

I see. Thanks for letting me know. I will adjust for future videos!

Hi all! You can find pinyin when you turn on the Chinese caption CC. Do you like to drink hot water or cold water?
