What’s crazy about the fog is that I read somewhere that the original game had limitations so they had the fog to hide those limitations that it had but the fog is so atmospheric this game was amazing I will probably give this another run sometime next year that was how good this game is

Rock band 2 is the better rock band that set list is flawless and the hardest songs in any rock band are in this game not including dlc that game has panic attack shoulder to the plow and painkiller but the hardest song I’ve ever played in any rock band is visions that song is insane on any instrument except vocals trying to beat that song on expert made me get so much better at the game

About the whole dlc thing I agree that sometimes they release the content after a year so it’s hard to come back to the game if you forget the controls because you don’t want to start a new game to play the tutorial again I think it would be nice if games let you play the tutorial levels again from the start up screen so you can learn the game without starting the game over again I don’t see why nobody has thought about that

I think The Last Guardian emotionally hits people who play it because it encapulates a fantasy almost everyone has ever had in their childhood, which is to have a magical beast pet. And although, throughout the game, you struggle with Trico and ordering Trico, it's beautiful that by the end, you begin to trust Trico and he trusts you, he listens to your orders accurately, you begin to have unique interactions. And reaching the peak of the castle is another experience. I honestly think that the struggles with Trico is so core to the game.

I think RE7 feels so much better because they actually put the resident back in resident evil. That’s what I’ve always loved about the franchise, being trapped in this place, I can’t open so many doors and have to be looking out for these keys and remember where the doors are, solving cool and interesting puzzles. They also did what they pulled off with RE4 in terms of how they changed the way the player actually plays the game. They didn’t think it could be scary if they gave the player control of the camera back in the day, and it worked! And then they further innovated the franchise by bringing the game first person, bringing the terror back to the series. Loooooove Resident Evil!

I do agree that video game adaptations work better with tv. But I think for the games targeted to a younger audience (mario bros and sonic) the movie format works a lot better

Atlus is such an interesting “s” to me. It’s so incredibly niche, persona and their other titles aren’t for everyone but Bethesda and ID both come in lower which arguably have more history in gaming than atlus ever will. Starfield is meh but Bethesda has had so much great and ID I don’t even need to talk about their last few dooms are incredible.

imo, blizzard would be like a low A - high B, because even though they were no doubt some of the most integral pioneers in the mmo and rts scene, they've fallen off so hard, and none of their modern games are really that good anymore. The only blizzard games that still have a strong player base are mostly just like legacy editions or games that haven't tried to self-destruct(unlike world of warcraft).

Scalebound is for sure my saddest cancel, wouldve changed the outlook of Xbox Exclusives, Platinum Games, and Dragon Games (as a PlayStation Diehard, i wouldve bought an xbox for it; we need more Dragon Games)
