Aww thank you. Back at you lovely! I often throw clothes down from the top. I love the idea of a big bag and just roll it! I have also been doing a bit of pilates from an app. The flexibility and stretching does help.and it's working on improving my balance. Do you find you bruise easier too?

@WormsEyeView hi, i have EDS (ehlers danlos syndrome) i either bruised bad or absolutely nothing despite taking a whack! I really want to start doing something and I know I'm not allowed to do yoga but pilates is a yes. It's finding the motivation, I feel so low, just so stressed that I can't function now. I'm hoping things will improve and I can, it's good for the body and mind. My balance can be so off, I look like I've staggered out of a wetherspoons at 2am but in reality I'm trying to pick up a stray sock at 11am.🙄 oh the joys x

@debbiedusterhoft2870 I've mostly avoided bringing it into my videos. But I am going to do some shorts showing moments that I've caught while vlogging. When I've set the camera up for a shot. Rather than just ditching that footage. But I think it is important to show some of the troubles. Not just my 7 miles walking and busy busy life. I think maybe I've been hiding the full picture. I'm sorry you have these issues too. 😔

@ Pippa I think this is a great plan as someone searching chronic pain might be referred to your channel to know there are people that understand what they are dealing with. I for one applaud you for opening up about this.

​@@WormsEyeViewHi Pippa, your video resonates so strongly with me. I have been in various levels of pain since 1982. Multiple injuries over the decades has made sleep nearly impossible some nights. I have significant hair loss, so I shave my head. I can barely get my right hand over to the opposite side of my head to shave. Usually, I have to do it in stages. I mention this because of your struggle to. Rush your teeth. My right shoulder was repaired November 2017, but it didn't take very well. I am near the end of rehab to my left shoulder. I had the same surgery done July 18, 2024. 5 knee surgeries, plus other incidental surgeries. PT since 2017 for severe nerve pain. What I'm trying to say is, you are not alone. You are a strong, powerful and caring woman. But remember to give yourself room to recover, rest and reset. All my best!

Oh I totally understand. And yes a cup of tea can sometimes be too heavy for the strength I have left. The fear of it taking over is what keeps me pushing through.

@gravic48 thank you on all counts. I am enjoying my pictures now they have been in my sight for a while without the tutorial there to compare it too. And I wondered about water. I wasn't sure if it could be added. I've also seen dry brushes used after the initial blend, to blend further.

@WormsEyeView the great thing about acrylics is thick they are a bit like oils, but if you water them right down then they are more like watercolour x

The mistake was 2 things. One we mentioned... the unit being too low for tall people. The second... the figure fell over and I didn't notice when I took the photos. Lol
