note to train 'engineer': like the real rotary snow-plow, you have to back the train up, and push into the snow with the plow spinning...i think you risk damaging the electric motor otherwise.

I've thought about building something like this but using a large PC fan to handle the snow. (then just mount it on a box car for 4 steam engines to push.)

I was watching video of an actual rotary and wondered if a scale model would even work and what could be used for artificial snow to make it work. I was actually wondering what you used for a couple of minutes until I realized in amazement that it was real snow on your deck. Amazing. Now you just need a track layout that will keep your driveway clear.

if I get 2 Piko #38104 Santa Fe Freight Train Set can I run both of them together like connect the two 0-6-0T Saddletank steam locomotive together and if I want can I put a train in the front and the cars at the back and a train a the back of the train

Could you lay out some small chunks of fruit and drizzle the tracks with tequila and follow the train around with a pitcher? G scale margaritas would be nice !
