Bikes are genuinely one of the best inventions. They are an amazing machines and as we get older the ebike will allow us to ride long into our futures.

They look great! Contrary to most recipes out there it almost contains no nuts, so no unnecessary fats nor too much protein. Exactly the recipe I was looking for. Plus, I love carrot cake with that autumney feeling of cinnamon, so why not put a demo in a jersey pocket ;)

When I watch the two of you together it looks like so much fun. You're laughing and just enjoying the ride as well as each other's company. I think to myself that looks like great fun. I wish I could join you. Then I come to the realization that I hate camping. I'm more of a hotel guy. It is interesting to see the gear. You really make it look like a great time. Love these videos. Loved riding over dartmoor. Riding UP dartmoor on a loaded touring bike, not so much. Very fond memories of coming down the other side. A decent that went on for miles through beautiful sunlit woodlands. A glorious emerald cathedral. Really need to get out on the tourer again.

After using chamois cream, I was advised by another rider to use aqueous cream from a chemist. You can get a large tub for less than a couple of pound. Well worth it.

I just finished a 1 week bike packing trip in the SE USA where the temperature averaged 38° C (100° F during the day). So when I see you two ladies wearing your Patagonia jackets I start to feel light-headed, dazed, and confused as if I am suffering from heat stroke. 🥵🔥🥵🔥🥵 Having days that, I love your bikepacking trips with your lady friends. As comfy as you are with your male chums, you seem to be more at ease and confortable being your authentic, hilarious self with your "She Bike Warriors." I LOVE THAT !!! 🥰🥰🥰
